You can’t manage Kampala without engaging those leaders who are on ground
Thank you for thinking about them ,those are the real ambassadors
A better Kampala begins with listening to the people who know their communities best.
On Friday, we met with over 100 LCII chairpersons at Maya Nature Resort to discuss community priorities and shape our service delivery plans for FY 2027/28. Joined by the State Minister for Kampala, @kyofakabuye2 , and Deputy Lord Mayor Faridah Nakabugo, we reaffirmed our shared commitment to a city that works for everyone.
From cleaner neighbourhoods and better waste management to improved roads, drainage and street lighting, we must turn community voices into meaningful action.
Together, we can build a Kampala where every neighbourhood counts. #ForALivableCity

I have watched your speech on TikTok, kudos, Together we can change Kampala into a livable and sustainable city
@Buzeki_Sharifah
Today, we opened the FY2027/28 KCCA Budget Conference, together with Hon.@kyofakabuye2, state minister in ministry of kampala capital city & Metropolitan Affairs with the Lord Mayor for @KCCAUG @RonaldBalimwezo , bringing together city leaders, stakeholders, and partners to agree on priorities for Kampala’s development.
Our focus remains on efficiency, accountability, and results that improve lives, create opportunities, and build a vibrant, attractive, livable, and sustainable city.
I saw @Ishmaelthehost attacking @VUKampala, but honestly, when you look at him, it’s hard to believe he is a university student. He may have the content, but he clearly lacks the communication skills expected of a university graduate.
In my view, Victoria University prepares students to compete, solve problems and adapt to a rapidly changing world.
Wama, congratulations @nasser_Ug1! Thank you @VUKampala, @ReachDrMuganga, @bukyanajulius2, @cbusinge and the entire administration for preparing students to face the real world.
Bro @Beinomugisha_, you’re still living in the Dark Ages. You don’t go to university to become an influencer; that's a skill and knowledge you acquire along the way. Dr. Solomon is an influencer who studied medicine, and I don’t think you have even half of his intellect.
The only special thing about @VUKampala is that they prepare students to solve actual problems, unlike other universities. I’ve seen many students from different campuses who can’t solve a single digital problem, but at VU, you're taught to think outside the box.
I don’t see why Mr @bukyanajulius2 is struggling to make you understand
Congratulations 🎊🎉, may the almighty Lord bless you in your new journey

I was able to zoom you from mini price building , thank you for the good work
Today, we took the Weyonje Community Clean-Up to Katende Zone, Bukesa Parish in Central Division.
Together with residents and local leaders, we cleared drainage channels, collected garbage, promoted safe toilet emptying and sensitised the community on proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
Let us all take pride in our city by keeping it clean and encouraging others to do the same. Do not allow anyone to litter in your presence.
A clean Kampala is our shared responsibility, and the city we desire begins with each one of us.
