A California doctor was sentenced to 15 years in prison for using her medical practice to fraudulently bill Medicare more than $45 million for Botox injection services that were medically unnecessary and never provided.
Violetta Mailyan even billed for thousands of injections, representing over $19 million, purportedly provided on days when her clinic was closed.
She was even on vacation when she billed for her services.

Meanwhile, Poland is in the middle of a coup, with President Nawrocki fighting to stop Prime Minister Donald Tusk from seizing control of the country’s top court. Tusk is orchestrating this power grab alongside his EU globalist cronies, and he just happens to be one of Obama’s longtime BFFs.

This has been in the works for months. Obama and Tusk are the masterminds behind this operation, and Slotkin is nothing more than a useful puppet sent to relay the message to her peers.

Police have launched an urgent appeal to find three missing boys aged 11, 13 and 15 years old who were reported missing together from the Hemsworth and South Kirkby area of West Yorkshire.
West Yorkshire Police released photographs and descriptions of the three youngsters on Sunday, November 1st asking members of the public to help establish their whereabouts.
Officers are appealing for anyone who has seen the children or knows where they might be to contact the force immediately.
The appeal follows reports that all three disappeared from the same area, although police have not publicly confirmed the exact time they were last seen or the circumstances in which they went missing.
The youngest boy, Loki, was last seen wearing a grey bomber jacket, black trousers and black trainers.
Kian, aged 13, is believed to have been wearing a black padded coat and dark grey or black jogging bottoms.
Riley, the oldest of the three at 15, was last seen wearing a black jacket and jogging bottoms.
The boys have been identified by their first names as Loki, 11, Kian, 13, and Riley, 15.

This nurse had to report another nurse for neglecting a level one trauma patient who was beaten, and stabbed because he was wearing a MAGA hat when admitted to ER .
The man was beaten so badly he had a bone sticking out of his leg . The nurse delayed pain medication actually eating while the patient suffered .
So this nurse in the video took over the patient’s care, and wrote a report to the hospital administrators.

🚨 BREAKING: Poland’s President has made his second Speech this morning amid the escalating political crisis engulfing the country.
Below is the video in which I spoke out against illegal immigration. Since then, I have faced attacks and criticism, but I refuse to be intimidated. I will remain strong and continue standing up for the interests of my people.
Donald Tusk attempted a coup, but FAILED. He will go down in history as a traitor to our motherland, Poland. He must be held accountable, arrested if found guilty, and brought before a court of law to face justice under Polish law, not EU law.
Yesterday, he attempted to dismiss the allegations through a statement on his X account, saying:
“Dmitry Medvedev, former President of Russia, stated that a coup d’état took place in Poland, and that ‘Tusk’s liberals, Brussels’ protégé, are oppressing the conservatives from PiS.’ And everything is clear.”
But we, the Polish people, are not blind. We have witnessed what is happening, and no amount of political rhetoric will make us ignore the reality before our eyes.
What is unfolding at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal is nothing short of a COUP D’ÉTAT! We will not stand by and allow anyone to undermine our democracy and seize control of our motherland.
We all saw what happened in France and the president Emmanuel Macron refused to act, it happened in Canada and Belgium too, we don’t need such violence from illegal foreigners
This is a direct attack on Poland’s constitutional framework, national sovereignty and democratic institutions.
The ultimate goal is to subordinate Polish law to EU interests, impose the EU Migration Pact and open our borders to tens of thousands, potentially hundreds of thousands, of illegal migrants.
They want to undermine everything that has made Poland one of Europe’s safest, most stable and prosperous nations, putting our people at risk of the economic difficulties, social tensions and instability already witnessed in other European countries.
Poland must never become a nation dictated to by foreign interests. Our sovereignty is sacred and non-negotiable. We will defend our independence, protect our borders and fight for the future of our country.

Illinois allows legal non-citizens to become police officers under Public Act 103-0357. The law permits legal permanent residents and DACA recipients with federal work and firearm authorization to apply to local law enforcement agencies.
This radical overreach by the Illinois Left is a direct assault on American sovereignty and a slap in the face to law-abiding citizens. Far-left rioters are throwing fire bombs and shooting fireworks directly at police officers in Paris tonight.
This is not a protest. This is attempted murder.
In one video circulating right now, you can see a French police officer having to FLEE his own police line because parts of his armor were literally engulfed in flames after being hit by a Molotov cocktail.
His colleagues had to rush to put the fire out on his body.
Let that sink in. They are trying to burn police officers alive in the streets of Paris.
These are the "anti-fascists"? These are the "peaceful protesters" the media keeps telling us about? They are throwing fire bombs at human beings.
Where is the outrage from the left? Where are all the politicians who cry about "violence" all day long? Silent. Completely silent when their own side is doing the burning.
