Questa è Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, giudice eletto da Tusk alla corte costituzionale polacca. Prima ancora di giurare e di prendere possesso della carica di giudice si è autoproclamata presidente, dichiarando destituiti il presidente e il vicepresidente della corte stessa.
lIl premier Tusk ha poi fatto circondare il palazzo dalla polizia per impedire al vero presidente e al vero vicepresidente di entrare e cacciare questa signora.
È dovuto rientrare di corsa il presidente della repubblica Nawrocky che, aprendosi un varco a gomitate, è entrato nel palazzo della corte e ha tolto di mezzo fisicamente la non-giudicessa, che si era messa sulla porta, ordinando poi il ripristinando la legalità.
Che volete farci: non-avvocatesse, non-giudici, non-presidenti... loro son fatti così: la democrazia vale solo quando vincono loro.
Se no, tutto è lecito: frodi elettorali, colpi di stato, uso politico della magistratura, attentati, piazze violente, etc etc. Partendo da Bruxelles fino all'Ungheria, dal Brasile alla Romania, dalla Polonia alla repubblica Ceca, dalla Francia fino agli stessi USA passando per Gaza, loro sono i buoni e tutto diventa lecito se a commetterlo sono loro.
E se qualcosa va male o li prendono in castagna, prima frignano, e poi dicono che è colpa di Putin.
Stavolta a quanto pare hanno trovato duro, con un presidente della repubblica polacca giovane e deciso.
Ma ci riproveranno, non temete.

L'ex presidente Kaczyński, con quasi 80 anni, alle 2 del mattino sta in piedi davanti alla Corte Costituzionale, a guidare migliaia di polacchi che stanno cantando preghiere e il loro inno nazionale per fermare il golpe in corso.
L'attuale Presidente Nawrocki torna con l'aereo, si precipita a Varsavia e riesce a entrare di persona nel palazzo scostando i golpisti di Donald Tusk a gomitate, aprendosi il varco di persona davanti alla sua scorta e ripristinando la legalità.
Nawrocki non ha bisogno di guardie del corpo: è lui la guardia del corpo del popolo polacco.
Che grande paese è la Polonia.

Donald Tusk’s camp declared the Tribunal’s president (Bogdan Święczkowski) “suspended,” sent police to surround the building, and tried to seize control with judges who were never sworn in by the President. Nawrocki cut his trip short, flew home, arrived after midnight with the head of the Supreme Court, and forced his way inside through the pushing and scuffling at the doors.
He is not backing down.

Sin X nadie en Europa se habría enterado de lo sucedido en Polonia está noche. El jefe del gobierno Donald Tusk perpetró un intento de golpe de Estado aprovechando el viaje del jefe del estado Karol Nawrocky al extranjero. Asaltó el Tribunal Constitucional con la policía y pretendió destituir a presidente y vicepresidente del Constitucional con una juez leal sin competencias.
Pero no contaba con el presidente que enterado ordenó al avion dar la vuelta cuando sobrevolaba España. Volvió a Varsovia, entró por la fuerza por delante de sus escoltas en el edficio del TC pese al cerco de policias de Tusk y convocó a todas las máximasx instituciones de Supremo y Constitucional para restablecer el orden Constitucional.
Aunque la crisis continúa, parece claro que el gobierno de Tusk, el títere de Von der Leyen que jamás habría perpetrado este asalto sin permiso de Bruselas, tiene los días contados. “Last night, the constitutional order of the Republic of Poland was violated and a constitutional state body was taken over by force. I have held consultations with the First President of the Supreme Court, Zbigniew Kapiński, who likewise does not recognise as legal the actions taken by persons usurping power in the Constitutional Tribunal.
I call for the restoration of the legal order and for the coercive forces sent there by the government to leave the Tribunal’s premises.
I have facilitated access to the Constitutional Tribunal for its lawfully serving Vice-President, Judge Bartłomiej Sochański.
In view of the threat to the internal security of the Republic of Poland, I am convening urgent consultations today with representatives of the parliamentary groupings, aimed at stabilising the political situation and restoring the constitutional order.

The plan, from what I read, was to prevent the president from landing before they could finish what they were attempting, but the army, which manages the section of the airport he landed at, refused the order
