"I did not run away this morning, you know…" Simon whispered, almost too low to be heard. "What? But you left…" "I had to…" the little pout on Simon's lips was begging John to kiss him, but he needed to resist just a few seconds longer. "I was already late for my first class when I woke up." This simple sentence was the one that made the reality explode in John's mind. "You're my student…" he said in a breath. "I am. Does it change something for you?" "I don't know," was John's honest answer.
