I’ve been building @meterwatch to help answer that.
Without a sensor, you can check your electricity purchase history: how much was bought, when, and how many units you received. You also get estimates of when you might need to top up.
Add a sensor and you can follow live usage on your phone. See when consumption spikes and what changes when you switch appliances on or off.
The first version 0 sensors are going out!
I still have a lot to learn about packaging a physical product. Getting it working on my desk is one thing. Boxing it up for someone else to use is another. But it feels good to reach this point.
