▪️ *☢️ لن تُنقل المواد النووية المخصّبة إلى خارج إيران تحت أي ظرف. وبدلًا من ذلك، ستُخفَّض نسبة تخصيبها داخل البلاد إلى 20%، مقابل رفع جميع العقوبات، والإفراج عن 100 مليار دولار من الأموال الإيرانية المجمّدة، فضلًا عن دفع تعويضات حرب بقيمة 300 مليار دولار‼️*

🚨 OJO: PAN QUIERE QUE FUNCIONARIOS VINCULADOS CON EL NARCO SEAN JUZGADOS POR TRAICIÓN A LA PATRIA
La diputada del PAN, Kenia López Rabadán, presentó una iniciativa para que los funcionarios públicos que colaboren con el narcotráfico puedan ser castigados por el delito de traición a la patria.
La propuesta plantea modificar el artículo 123 del Código Penal Federal para incluir conductas como brindar protección a grupos criminales, proporcionarles información privilegiada o entregarles recursos públicos para someter decisiones del gobierno a los intereses de la delincuencia organizada.
La iniciativa contempla penas de entre cinco y 40 años de prisión, conforme al marco legal aplicable al delito de traición a la patria. Sin embargo, la reforma tendría que ser analizada y aprobada por el Congreso antes de entrar en vigor.
La propuesta también abre el debate sobre la aplicación de la ley a funcionarios de cualquier partido político, pues la responsabilidad penal debe determinarse a partir de pruebas y no únicamente de acusaciones o afiliaciones partidistas.

Por unanimidad de votos, la Cámara de Diputados aprobó una reforma para castigar hasta con 20 años de prisión el reclutamiento forzado de menores de edad y adultos para integrarse al crimen organizado.
El pleno avaló cambios a la Ley General para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar los Delitos de Trata de Personas, y definió que la pena de prisión aumentará hasta 10 años más si las víctimas pertenecen a pueblos indígenas o afromexicanos, son migrantes o si quienes cometen el delito son funcionarios.
