Did @Intuit just add a $100 charge on top of its per-return cost for filing with #ProConnect ? Sure looks like they did. Which means...new software for me next year.
Now on hold for the third time with @UPS to get $5.99 back for a package hold that was not fulfilled (you delivered the package to my house after billing my cc). We're at another 20+ minutes on hold....That will be a total of about 50 minutes...
The part I don't understand:
