I don't really get why so many polls show the Scottish Conservatives doing better on the constituency side than the list side given how they are can only really win constituencies in Aberdeenshire and at the border.

I think we all knew that the 2024 attacks on @RishiSunak running off to California after the election were nasty, conjectured, anti-American slop. But my gosh does he deserve an apology from a whole lot of people on the left and the right.

Every sheep in the UK has to be shorn for its welfare. There is no choice. Yet the heartbreaking reality is that it often costs more to shear a sheep than the fleece is worth.
So tonnes of beautiful British wool are treated as waste, burned, buried or composted, while we fill our wardrobes with synthetic fibres made from oil that shed microplastics into our rivers and seas.
It feels as though somewhere along the way weโve forgotten the value of the things nature gives us so generously.
British wool is warm, breathable, biodegradable, renewable and grown every single year by animals already grazing our countryside. It deserves to be treasured, not thrown away.
Perhaps the answer isnโt to produce more. Perhaps itโs to remember what weโve always had, and start valuing natural materials, skilled craftsmanship and the people who produce them once again.

What. A. Game! ๐๐ฅ
Credit to France for coming alive and turning it into a proper contest. In the end, it was a thrilling match and a fantastic advert for football.
Finishing 3rd at a World Cup is nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, it's England's best World Cup finish since 1966, and every single player should be proud of what they've achieved.
Thomas Tuchel got his tactics right. He had this team playing brave, attacking football, and we've seen some truly brilliant performances throughout the tournament. So instead of criticising him after every result, let's get behind him. This is the start of something special.
I'm incredibly proud of this England team. The future is bright, the belief is growing, and with this manager leading the way, I genuinely believe our time will come.

Proud of @England
They have travelled miles, fought altitude & survived tough games
Tuchel may have made mistakes but he may have also been taking fatigue into account.
We came 3rd on foreign soil lets back Tuchel and the team & build on this

I'm backing Thomas Tuchel all the way. ๐๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ Stop giving the man grief over one semi-final. He responded in the best possible way tonight..with brave, attacking, exciting football, despite not even having his strongest team available.
Whether people like it or not, he's just guided England to our best World Cup finish since 1966. That's progress, and it deserves respect, not constant criticism.
He was honest when he said England need to develop a stronger winning mentality. That's not an insult...it's a challenge. I believe he's here to build that winning DNA into this team, and if we stay patient and get behind him, I genuinely believe he'll take England to even greater heights.
Back the manager. Back the players. Back England. The future is bright. ๐ฆโค๏ธ๐

I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who missed the France vs. England game, because they literally missed one of the greatest spectacles imaginable.
England absolutely tore France apart in the first half. Thomas Tuchel pinned Franceโs defense back with Rogers, Toney, and Saka, stretched the game through the full-backs and Rashford on the wings, and repeatedly exploited runs in behind the defense. The result? England scored 4 goals in a stunning first-half display.
Deschamps refused to let his France career end in humiliation. He brought on Upamecano, Dembรฉlรฉ, and Barcola, moved Olise into a central role, and everything changed. France fought back to score 4 goals of their own. England responded with 2 more and eventually won 6-4.
A game featuring 10 goals, 14 big chances created, 38 shots, 2 goals after the 90th minute, and a Bukayo Saka hat-trick. This wasnโt just a football gameโit was an international football festival.
One of the greatest World Cup games ever played. A game for the history books. โค๏ธ
