OMG - my head is spinning. The hyper focus on stupid headlines is off the charts. Some crazy pullbacks in great companies are setting us up for a really nice January if this keeps up into the end of the year - one for the ages… All across the market cap spectrum. In case you’re wondering, I’m bullish.🤭 Three buckets to enjoy: 🪣Microcap Tech & AI related growth companies that are actually trading like boring GARP as they’re getting demolished. Need to get some clarity and step outside this house of pain👇 🪣Boring microcap GARPish stocks outside the tech and AI areas that actually aren’t going down right now, but are inching higher and hitting highs.… that you probably can’t see if you’re only fixated on AI. 🪣 Larger-caps that got way too overvalued that are coming back to respectable valuations. #Fieldofdreams

Started a new position today in $RFIL. Good thread below from @InfoArbMonitor. The pullback is very overdone, and I feel great getting into the stock under $8.
1/19 $RFIL already gave us one huge multibagger run. With a P/E of 10x, has a pullback given investors a 2nd shot? RFIL was ~$5 in June 2025 & ~$22 by June 2026. After the AI pullback + Q3 selloff, it round-tripped. Yet the business arguably looks BETTER today. Here is why🧵

1/9 $PPIH held its FIRST-EVER earnings call. Our Q2 Delta Sheet is ready: The call revealed more info (vs. PR) about where Mgmt. wants to take the company. $900M+ pipeline. Bigger projects. Data centers. Recurring revenue. Geographic expansion. Let’s InfoArb this thing. 🧵

Putting this out there: I’m betting that $OCC will go green today. If it doesn’t, a top shelf shot is on me for everybody who comes to the next @GeoInvesting / @MSmicrocaps in-person Conference. Hopefully low attendance or lots of “thanks, I’m on a drinking hiatus.” 🤣

When people get mad at other for using AI it makes me laugh. If the telephone was just invented now and you were talking to your friends and family through hand written letters, would you keep writing letters and refuse to use a telephone? Technology is an incredible thing and you should leverage it.

I can agree with that. The point I’m making has gotten a little misinterpreted. It’s not that AI can’t provide investing edges. It’s that enough people may utilize it improperly or just misuse it, increasing the edge for those who use it effectively + already have a good process.
I'll take the other side The challenge here is that we are equating something that is quite alien, malleable and fast changing (machine intelligence) with something relatively static that we understand (meatbag intelligence)

When asked about who among fintwit greats I've learned the most from, the answer is easy: @majgeoinvesting If you're a retail investor, and have benefited from this incredible AI bull run, I can't think of a better way to upgrade your skillset and your process than to study what Maj is doing. He'll show you that multibaggers sometimes come from unexpected places, market-beating returns can be sustained without hype, and that a thorough process will alert you to opportunities that almost nobody else knows exists. Sooner or later this power trend will end, and when it does, you'll be glad for having a broader skillset.
@majgeoinvesting definitely. He doesn't just provide writeups, but lets you in on his process, which has produced stellar returns for longer than half of fintwit has been alive.

Here’s the facts on $SIF: •Sales up 18% on volume + pricing power •Backlog up YoY & sequentially •Adjusted EPS was 51c vs 2c, not a 1c loss vs 54c! •Mgmt EBITDA calc even includes a one-time gain! Wouldn’t be surprised if SIF recoups the entire pullback, pretty swiftly.
$SIF 35% pullback is going to be glorious. 🤣was their best qtr, yet. “This is a lesson on why you need to read press releases and filings, thoroughly, not just relying on headlines or even AI for your investment decisions. The manual process is your edge in smaller cap land.”

Christmas came early on $SIF . Pullback is based on laziness and uninformed fat finger sellers who only read headlines and don’t do the hard work.
Information arbitrage classic👉 Investors who sold $SIF today, on a quarter that looks weak on paper, will eventually have seller’s remorse. The press release was poorly constructed. If you strip out the charge from 2026 Q3 and the gains from 2025, EPS would’ve been 51c vs 2c. This is even sequentially up from 39c in Q2. Even if you want to tax the $.50, you’d be around $.40, but the company has NOLs. EPS was also higher than the run-rate @majgeoinvesting has been modeling, as communicated in his @PlanetMicroCap pitch. Management did not even subtract a large one time 2025 gain when calculating the adjusted EBITDA! But, we’re not done yet. SEC Filing InfoArb👇 The company only reports backlog in its filings. It’s up strong sequentially, and year over here. The management, discussion and analysis section of the filing talks about volume AND price increases for why sales were up 18%. This is a lesson on why you need to read press releases and filings, thoroughly, not just relying on headlines or even AI for your investment decisions. The manual process is your edge in smaller cap land. Here’s @GeoInvesting’s takeaway on SIF communicated early this morning…

🕵️Operation $PBSV🕵️ The set-up: InvestorHound.com shows me PBSV & $RCAT are less than 15 miles from my beachhead in San Juan. #Claude analyzes PBSV data - Perennial underperformer with TBV ~$0.52, where liquid assets (cash + Treasuries) represent ~92% of TBV, vs a price of $0.56. No Debt. But, liquid assets have declined steadily due to dividends, small buybacks, slight operating losses, and a related-party equity investment into a board director’s AI lead generation company. Mission: RCAT deploys drones to monitor PBSV via coordinates from iHound. Conclusion #chatgpt - Experiences brain freeze: “I don’t know why the heck RCAT trades at 50x TTM revenue & 12x guided revenue, while losing over $80M based on Q1 run-rate and missing past target goals. We’re all screwed. oh and yes, you’re so smart boss, what else can I do for you today?” For what it’s worth, RCAT guided Q2 2026 to positive EPS… Tools Powered by @InfoArbMonitor @MicroCapHound BTW.. Will spend a few more seconds on PBSV, but not with having large expectations.. Maybe do a site visit.

We’ve been following $BIRMF for 3 years & we’ve conducted 6 interviews with their CEO. As the company evolves, it is addressing revenue lumpiness through expansion and recurring revenue strategies. Strong Q4 results and backlog provide improved 2026 visibility. Also see @smallcapdisc for additional coverage on $BRM.V

Timeless quote from @majgeoinvesting : Diversification isn’t just about risk management. It’s also about buying yourself time, patience, and optionality. It gives you the freedom to take smaller bites at ideas you find interesting, even if they aren’t yet high conviction. Many of my best performers started out this way: “average conviction” names that I could afford to hold and watch develop. Over time, some of those positions matured into high-conviction ideas that became concentrated positions in my portfolio. The irony is, none of them would have made it into a top five “all-in” portfolio at the beginning. Yet they still ended up being life-changing. That’s the power of diversification: it lets you employ multiple strategies simultaneously. You can explore optionality, stay patient, and still get concentrated when conviction grows… without being held hostage by any single outcome.
