$ARKK is an excellent alternative hedge short IMO to QQQ. A bit of timing to avoid the massive bubbles but way more follow through to the downside.

$IDN is partnering with Agility Credit to help car dealers catch ID fraud. Intellicheck checks the ID before the credit pull, then Agility adds credit data and red flag workflows. Intellicheck expects it to help grow dealer scanning volumes. The release gives no financial terms.

I Implemented @karpathy's LLM knowledge base for stock research back in April. Six months later, I still use it every day. Here is how I have implemented it for stocks, and why it's a great fit:

I just went through every chart of anything I remotely consider a short and there are maybe 2 decent short entries out of +200 charts right now.
Technically we are spent on the downside.

Ginkgo Bioworks $DNA keeps talking about a turnaround but that's not going to happen until they start selling a product or service that their customer want to buy more of.
Retail investors had their asses handed to them, but at least the founders made out like bandits - what was it, a $740 million pay package in a single year?
People have short memories when it comes to how many hyped SPACs absolutely decimated retail investors who bought the BS.
So when companies like $CCXI (which plans to merge with Agility Robotics) start talking about all the orders they have for humanoids, you need to take it with a grain of salt.
That $DNA SPAC deck called for about $1 billion of revenue by 2025. Actual 2025 revenue was $170 million. For 2026 they stopped giving revenue guidance.

The problem with investing in hyped themes is you'll have to pay hyped prices. To avoid FOMO, the best thing to do is set an objective valuation you'd be willing to pay for any stock you're eying. Wait for that valuation to be reached before you buy to avoid paying abnormally high prices.

Actually Sean, you’re a little off on 2 points. Should be: trading is unprofitable for 99.9% of people. Chances of success scale👇
•Trading: extremely hard
•Stock Picking: Better, but still tough - can be transformational for those who get it right.
•Indexes: High, but takes time & ability to avoid FOMO.
However, zoning in on a weak one year return to say that someone’s strategy is flawed is not entirely fair. Success should be measured over time, not a moment in time. @themoviedadsc @optionscjp

$DBO.TO $DBOXF has been quietly fading over the past few weeks, but the tape action feels completely detached from how the business is actually performing.
There hasn't been any bad news or sudden drop—just the classic microcap drift where low summer volume lets the price bleed lower while nobody is paying attention.
Under the surface, the fundamentals are doing the exact opposite:
🔹 Royalty Engine Compounding: Last quarter delivered an all-time record in royalty revenue ($5.0M, +25% YoY). That’s pure high-margin cash flow driving Adjusted EBITDA up 28%.
🔹 Footprint Expansion: They quietly crossed 1,200 active theatrical screens globally, and deals like the recent 13-screen Malco rollout keep raising their recurring royalty floor.
🔹 The Next Catalyst: We are actively expecting Q3 to be another record quarter, which makes this current pricing look even more disconnected from reality.
🔹 Capital Allocation: Management authorized an NCIB buyback for up to 10% of the float. When a profitable, cash-flow-positive business sees its stock bleed on no volume, having buyback authorization in place is huge.
In microcaps, low-volume fades happen all the time when there isn't a daily headline. But when the underlying business is setting profitability records—and teeing up another monster quarter—that slow grind down creates a pretty compelling setup.
Anyone else picking at shares while the tape is asleep?

With each passing day that I use AI to help me with my investing process, I become less skeptical and more excited about the possibilities. It’s not perfect, but with the right checks & balances, understanding of limitations and training it to minimize “AI Slop,” it delivers ROI.

$LIB.V Updated Model
Base Case PT: C$1.86
Weighted Average PT: C$1.59
Important Key Updates:
Sep 03 - Term Sheet to receive $45m in funding for Freedom 1 & 2 @ 12.25% interest Rate (up to $95m total)
Interpretation
->cheaper funding than dilution
-> 12.25% for their first 2 commercial deployments implies a higher risk premium; if commercial deployments prove successful + achieve offtake contracts with stable pricing = future funding rates to be closer to project level financing @ sub 10%
Aug 06 OTC QB Conference - Select Waters existing agreement
"We need to build another facility with them by the end of June 2027, another by the end of the year in 2027, and two more units per year thereafter. That is the initial agreement with just one feedstock partner who moves a fraction of this produced water in the Permian Basin." (implies a 9,000 tpa installed by end of 2030 just for Select Waters partnership)
Interpretation
-> scaling production capacity + lithium carbonate prices are the 2 main drivers.
Clear visibility to 9,000 tpa by end of 2030 with just one partner increased my base case on the model for them to achieve 13,000tpa by 2030 and 26,000 tpa by 2033.
My assumption is that once they execute on Freedom 1 & 2 the chances of them partnering with other operators in the permian will increase.
combine this with their modular process + 11 month build times + this management quote "The long lead is the ordering and delivery of the equipment. Once this equipment arrives on site, it is a quick bolt-on to the existing infrastructure. — being able to do that in parallel as we move forward and get comfortable with the template of deployment.”
gave me the confidence to move up my base case for installed tpa production capacity.
Side Note on Thesis:
I really like this opportunity as it operates in a popular thematic in domestically produced critical minerals + NASDAQ uplisting soon which gives catalysts for a large wave of buyers to come in within the next year (given they continue to execute)
I have strong conviction in managements ability to execute given the founder moved onsite to Texas and live in a trailer to get this thing off the ground.

This is exactly why I pound the table on the services @majgeoinvesting offers.
He doesn't simply give "picks", fully formed and polished into nice writeups.
Instead he let's you see the machine, the often messy process from "here's a fertile hunting ground" to "this is interesting" to "here's the opportunity".
It's truly one of a kind, and if you treat it as such, an incredible education.
Note I also think Maj is incorporating AI into his machine in a way that delivers real, tangible alpha.
Beware people obsessed with outcomes instead of building outcome machines. Its worse than ever with AI, but these people existed before. Short term results above all else, etc. Don't fall into the trap. Invest in building strong fundamentals, invisible supports, and outcomes flow like water. An outcome machine.

Here’s the facts on $SIF:
•Sales up 18% on volume + pricing power
•Backlog up YoY & sequentially
•Adjusted EPS was 51c vs 2c, not a 1c loss vs 54c!
•Mgmt EBITDA calc even includes a one-time gain!
Wouldn’t be surprised if SIF recoups the entire pullback, pretty swiftly.
$SIF 35% pullback is going to be glorious. 🤣was their best qtr, yet.
