I know that ETH L2s are currently not getting any traction. However, if you think that in the future big corporations, banks, etc., will come to blockchain, I'd bet that ETH would play a big role in the new financial system.
I like apps that are being built on @fuel_network which i consider the best at scaling ETH. Although eco is still in the shadows, that's where you want to start if you believe in something. I'm either right or wrong. NFA.

@MicrochainDLM: Decentralized Liquidity Machine-2000 Launched
Microchain (formerly MIRA Protocol) has officially launched on Fuel as DLM-2000, a next-generation decentralized exchange (DEX). The team led by @DerekDino5 has redesigned the project, improving UX and performance.
Key Features:
> 100ms pre-confirmation! Faster than @Uniswap!
Uses FuelVM for low costs and high speed.
One of the three main Fuel Ignition protocols, along with @Swaylend and @TheRigLST, holding 90% of TVL.
Why is it important?
Microchain is an example of the evolution of projects in the Fuel ecosystem, setting the standard for DeFi protocols.

Fuel Ignition’s TVL is $8.51M today, down from a $64M peak during the December airdrop. With the team bringing more builders on-chain, a run-up looks likely.
Right now, 3 protocols hold 90% of the TVL:

The upcoming completion of Fuel Forge could unlock big upside. Some of the hinted projects:
• Cinder: memecoins on Fuel, a PumpFun but better

• Herd: split bills, margin positions, APY farming, lottery mechanics @herddotcash
These ideas push Fuel beyond infrastructure into real user activity. As Ruben said, more solid builders bring more happy users.
Fuel is also getting easier to access. The new Layerswap collab enables zero-cost, fast bridging of liquidity into Ignition.
DeFi activity is deepening too. With The Rig, staked FUEL becomes liquid (stFUEL), which you can supply on Swaylend to borrow against, instead of leaving it idle. Also @o2dotapp is coming soon and its promised to be the fastest Dex ever
On the NFT side, activity is heating up again. Garage has launched as a platform for trading, minting, and launching NFTs. You can even pick up a Mr Jim NFT for ~$15 today.
On top of that, @rubyto is hosting the @stateless_pod podcast with builders to break down what’s shipping on Fuel.
Fuel’s base is small compared to its peak, but the pieces for a second wave are lining up.
