بقلوب مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره، نتقدم بأحر التعازي وأصدق المواساة إلى قبيلة الدرسة المجاهدة، في وفاة شيخ القبيلة وأحد أهم ركائز العرف الاجتماعي في البلاد،
المرحوم سعد بوخروبة الدرسي، بعد صراع مع المرض.
حيث جسد الفقيد بمواقفه المشرفة أسمى معاني الوفاء والحكمة ورجاحة العقل، مما شكل حجر أساس وحاضنة شعبية واجتماعية ثابتة لقيام الدولة وتفعيل مؤسساتها؛ حفاظاً على سيادتها وترابط نسيجها الاجتماعي ووحدته.
نسأل الله العلي القدير أن يتغمده بواسع رحمته، ويسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم أهله وذويه جميل الصبر والسلوان.

بتشكيل لجنة الطوارى والاستجابة السريعة بمناطق الجنوب والشرق الليبي
مجلس الوزراء يصدر القرار رقم (237) لسنة 2026 م بشأن تشكيل لجنة ازمة لمعالجة المختنقات ببلديات المنطقة الجنوبية وتوفير الاحتياجات اللازمة للخدمات العامة للمواطنين.

#عاجل الحكومة الليبية برئاسة الدكتور أسامة حماد تشكل لجنة أزمة وتخصص 100 مليون دينار لمعالجة مختنقات بلديات الجنوب
* مجلس الوزراء يصدر القرار رقم 237 لسنة 2026 بشأن تشكيل لجنة أزمة للمنطقة الجنوبية.
* اللجنة برئاسة نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء عن المنطقة الجنوبية وعضوية وزراء الحكم المحلي والتربية والكهرباء والموارد المائية وممثلين عن الجهات الرقابية والخدمية.
* تشكيل لجان أزمة فرعية في بلديات الجنوب لحصر الاحتياجات والمختنقات وترتيبها وفق الأولوية والاستعجال.
* تخصيص وتسييل 100 مليون دينار ليبي للجنة الأزمة لمعالجة المختنقات وتوفير الاحتياجات اللازمة للخدمات العامة.
* القرار يشمل قطاعات الكهرباء والمياه والصحة والتعليم والخدمات المحلية، مع إخضاع الإنفاق للرقابة المالية والتشريعات النافذة.
* اللجنة تتولى دراسة الاحتياجات المحالة إليها واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لمعالجتها خلال السنة المالية 2026.
* القرار يأتي في إطار استجابة الحكومة الليبية لاحتياجات مناطق الجنوب وتعزيز مستوى الخدمات العامة للمواطنين.
رئيس مجلس الوزراء، الدكتور أسامة حمّاد، يصدر القرار رقم (143) لسنة 2026م، بشأن تحديد عطلة يوم الشهيد، ذكرى استشهاد شيخ الشهداء عمر المختار، للعام 2026 م.

It was a pleasure to meet in Tripoli with SRSG Hanna Tetteh to discuss how the United States can continue working alongside UNSMIL to advance peace, stability, and unity in Libya. Last month's conclusion of UNSMIL's nationwide Structured Dialogue generated broad and inclusive Libyan recommendations for the next phase of the political process. We reaffirmed U.S. commitment to help UNSMIL achieve further progress on SRSG Tetteh’s roadmap.

We discussed ongoing U.S.–Libya security cooperation, joint efforts to strengthen border security and address shared threats, and the importance of sustaining momentum toward the unification of Libya’s state institutions. We also underscored the need to advance a Libyan-led political process that supports lasting peace, preserves Libya’s sovereignty, and creates the conditions for unified national institutions that serve all Libyans. Good meeting with Engineer Belgassem Haftar, Director General of the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund. We discussed the opportunities and strategies for uniting Libya’s economic institutions, as well as ways to create the conditions for stability and prosperity for the Libyan people.

Productive and valuable exchange today with Italian National Security Advisor to the Prime Minister Ambassador Fabrizio Saggio. We discussed how to support Libyan efforts to unify their government, economy, and military. This was a useful follow-up to Libyan National Army Deputy Commander Saddam Haftar’s recent visit to Washington, in which Ambassador Saggio participated.
U.S.-Italian partnership has played a very important role in the ongoing progress toward Libya’s reunification, as AFRICOM partnered with the Italian military to host the Flintlock 2026 exercises on Libyan soil, with joint participation of forces from across Libya. رئيس مجلس الوزراء يعقد اجتماعًا مع رئيس اللجنة الوطنية المؤقتة لمتابعة أوضاع السجناء والسجون
بنغازي | 29 ديسمبر 2025
استقبل رئيس مجلس الوزراء، الدكتور أسامة حمّاد، اليوم الاثنين، بديوان رئاسة مجلس الوزراء، رئيس اللجنة الوطنية المؤقتة لمتابعة أوضاع السجناء والسجون، المستشار إبراهيم أبوشناف.
وتناول الاجتماع الإطار العام لمهام اللجنة الوطنية المؤقتة، وآليات عملها، في ضوء القرار الصادر بتشكيلها، إلى جانب مناقشة أوضاع السجناء والسجون، وسبل معالجتها وفق الأطر القانونية والوطنية، وبما يضمن احترام حقوق السجناء، وتحسين أوضاع الإيواء والرعاية الصحية والاجتماعية، وترسيخ مبادئ العدالة وسيادة القانون في عموم البلاد.
وأكد رئيس مجلس الوزراء خلال الاجتماع دعم الحكومة الكامل لأعمال اللجنة، وحرصها على تمكينها من أداء مهامها على الوجه الأمثل، مشددًا على ضرورة التنسيق المستمر بين اللجنة والجهات ذات العلاقة، بما في ذلك الجهات القضائية والأمنية والصحية، لضمان معالجة كافة الملاحظات، وعدم وجود احتجاز خارج الأطر القضائية، وتحقيق الإصلاح المؤسسي المنشود.
ومن جانبه، قدّم رئيس اللجنة الوطنية المؤقتة لمتابعة أوضاع السجناء والسجون إحاطة أولية حول بدء أعمال اللجنة عقب صدور قرار تشكيلها، والخطوات العملية التي شرعت في اتخاذها، إلى جانب التصور العام لخطط العمل خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
