It might be an unfathomable idea but I do think artists can find happiness in making music they love even if it appeals to the minority than changing everything they like just to appease more mainstream audiences. Not every artists has to sellout stadiums or arenas 🤷🏾♀️
I genuinely think music criticism on this app has gotten so lazy, mean-spirited, and repetitive. And no, you don’t have to like everything an artist releases. I certainly don’t. But there’s a difference between criticizing someone’s music and making them the punching bag of the week. I wish some of y’all loved discussing music as much as you love dragging the people making it.

I think she's happy with the fans who "like" her & support by going to her events, buying, & streaming even if it doesn't chart and out stream ever other artist. I think she appreciates it more than Twitter critics who likely haven't even given her last two albums a listen✌🏾
Her first album was not good and then ppl found out she was a dork, nerd, & a bit corny with a banging body. And even though she has released two good and cohesive albums since then they've decided to ignore it and just get Twitter likes off "critiquing" her
Maybe if yall have given these two projects a fair chance by just simply listening to them yall wouldn't be so confused on the artists Chloe is. What was supposed to just be a fun sexy Christmas song even if you didn't like it wouldn't have made yall spiral.
Ppl go back and forth btw saying she makes the same thing while simultaneously feeling scattered. And I don'know whats so confusing about her to ppl. Bc of the singles btw projects? Bc she changes up her anesthetic? Bc you can't pinpoint a singular genre to put her in?
