These are the eight charges in the Massie filing:
1. Starting the Iran war without legal authority: Massie alleges the operation began without a declaration of war, specific congressional authorization, or an emergency created by an attack on the United States.
2. Defying Congress on Iran: He says Hegseth continued the war after both chambers directed U.S. forces to withdraw.
3. Exceeding War Powers deadlines: He alleges the administration continued hostilities beyond the War Powers Resolution’s 60-day limit and possible 30-day withdrawal period.
4. Failing to protect civilians: The article alleges Hegseth disregarded laws intended to minimize civilian casualties.
(Minab Girls School - double tap Day 1)
5. Extrajudicial killings at sea: Massie alleges the military used lethal force against suspected drug traffickers instead of law enforcement, causing at least 221 deaths, and cites alleged follow-up strikes on survivors and failures to rescue people in distress.
6. Retaliating against Senator Mark Kelly: He alleges the Defense Department used its authority to intimidate or punish Kelly for protected speech criticizing military orders.
7. Seizing Venezuela’s leaders: The article alleges Hegseth directed the capture of Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores without lawful authority.
8. Conducting an unauthorized war in Yemen: Massie alleges the Yemen operation lacked congressional authorization and an imminent threat justification, violated reporting requirements, and involved unlawful strikes on civilians and protected sites.

I tweeted about this segment yesterday, which I observed on the sidelines while waiting for my 1-on-1 with @piersmorgan. The video is now out:
@BlaiseMisztal of the Jewish Institute for National Security of America was on with @joekent16jan19
and Joe absolutely crushed him!
Piers asked Blaise if Israel has nuclear weapons, and Blaise gave the typical Israel lobby answer - feigning ignorance and claiming that he didn't know if Israel does or doesn't.
This annoyed the hell out of Piers, who accused Blaise of lying, but Joe came in with the knockout blow:
How can you claim to KNOW that Iran has a nuclear weapons program but NOT KNOW that Israel has nuclear weapons???

The woman you see in the defendant’s cage in a Kyiv courtroom today is Tetiana Kirieieva, who has just been ordered held in pre-trial detention for two months without the right to bail.
Her alleged crime? Trying to save her sister’s partner’s life.
It was Tetiana who asked medic Valentyna Moloda to evacuate a man with a stoma from a basement in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka, just outside Kyiv, where he was being denied medical care.
Neither woman apparently had the slightest idea that the place was a secret detention facility run by “elite” Azov, where mobilized men and deserters were allegedly subjected to torture as a matter of routine.
And when protests erupted, who rushed in to put out the fire? None other than General Budanov, the former head of HUR, himself.
And how did he choose to handle the situation? By speaking the “language of the enemy” — the very language so contemptuously dismissed as the tongue of “pigs and dogs.” In other words, his own native Russian.
Oh, the irony.
Now two women who dared to save a man's life — and, in the process, helped rescue several others suffering from serious injuries and deprived of medical treatment — face the full wrath of Zelensky's wartime justice system.
Their unforgivable sin? They dared to touch the untouchable. They dared to expose the "sacred" Azov.
And so, instead of investigating and prosecuting those accused of torturing defenseless men, the authorities are going after the women who tried to save them.
The alleged torturers remain beyond the reach of justice. The rescuers are behind bars.
Welcome to a world where saving lives can be treated as a crime — and where the real crime, apparently, is daring to expose those who consider themselves above the law.

So, I am being accused of treason. Here is why.
Yesterday, Zelenskyy visited the German Bundestag and apparently learned that I was scheduled to speak here today. Immediately after his visit, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General’s Office announced in the media that I was suspected of treason.
The same thing happened a month and a half ago, when Zelenskyy personally imposed sanctions on me as soon as he learned that I was going to address the European Parliament.
Now, take a closer look: the traitor is not Yermak, who faces allegations of laundering $10 million. Not Mindich or Halushchenko, who are suspected of laundering more than $100 million. The traitor is Mendel, who has not stolen a single penny.
Do you know what this treason case is being fabricated for? For speaking about you, the Ukrainian people. About how tired you are of corruption and war, how you struggle with poverty and are forced to survive under coercive mobilization, about the horrors at the front and the torture inflicted by the recruitment centers. That is what this treason case is being fabricated for.
This is a clear sign of Zelenskyy’s weakness and his fear of words. He is afraid of his own former press secretary.
And that only confirms that I am doing the right thing.
Stay tuned for my speech at the Bundestag today.
For, as Christ said: “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God.”

As western media pore over the maths of Israel's election results, it is easy to overlook the big picture. Netanyahu, wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity in starving Gaza’s population, won the largest share of the vote last week.
He is still Israel’s most popular politician.
Any government that might emerge from the current post-election talks – even were it to be supported by the Palestinian parties – would be dominated by the extreme right.
An opposition-led coalition will be no less hawkish and vehemently hostile to the Palestinians, whether those under occupation or those with Israeli “citizenship”, than a Netanyahu-led one.
Although this was the first election since Israel launched its genocidal rampage through Gaza in late 2023, debate about the genocide was absent from the campaign trail – as was nay discussion of the intensifying pogroms by settler terrorists on Palestinian communities in the West Bank.
These are non-issues. There is an absolute Jewish consensus that Israel should be a Middle East Sparta, terrorising and slaughtering its neighbours.
And if Netanyahu senses he may lose his grip on power, he has every incentive to step up the bombing of Gaza and restart his war of aggression on Iran. This master politician understands how well that will play with most Israeli Jews.
Meanwhile, a poll earlier this year showed that Israel’s young are more fanatically rightwing and fervently religious than ever. Only 5 percent identify as leftwing.
Channel 12 invited into its studios a representative sample of these 18 to 21-year-olds. Out of 12, all but one answered that they were against Israel's Palestinian parties being allowed to sit in the parliament – let alone join a government.
These new voters are gradually shifting Israeli politics ever further to the far right.
This election was stark confirmation that Britain’s Green party was decisively right to adopt a new policy last month at its conference that declared Zionism – the political ideology underpinning Israel as a Jewish state – to be racist.
It was the warped logic of Zionism, not some need for security, that propelled Israel into levelling Gaza and killing and maiming many tens of thousands of Palestinian children.
And it is the same racist logic that makes it impossible for Israel’s Jewish parties to reach a compromise with the Palestinian minority to oust Netanyahu.
The overwhelming majority in Israel is bent on the eradication of the Palestinians. Western politicians and media stubbornly cling to the idea that Israel’s racist, genocidal behaviour is peculiar to Netanyahu, and can be fixed by an election.
The next weeks will prove, once again, how wrong they are.

I’m this moment at a DC watering hole; a known Dem hangout only a block from the Congressional office buildings, and very close to the RNC HQ and Capitol Hill Club. It’s packed with 20-something Hill staffers cheering at the incoming election returns. I’ve got my noise-cancelling earbuds in, listening to late 70s West Coast pop while going over the latest court filings in the Brian Cole Jr. case with a fine tooth comb.
There is a connection. Many, actually. Can you see them?
Remember this night.
Last bastion of European democracy/values?
14 year old boy says that he was badly beaten with shovels, feet & fists & his clothes & underwear were cut off in secret prison of neo-Nazi-led Azov corps after he was knocked off its fence with shovel. He says that he is in hospital now, has difficulty walking & showed his injured hands. He says that he joined protest because he leaved near house that contained secret prison:
"The further they carried me, the more people started beating me. Well, about ten people, all in black uniforms, balaclavas, some kind of military uniform. It was completely unclear who they were, no insignia. They grabbed me by the hair. They just beat me, I don't know, everyone beat me. With shovels, with feet, with fists.
They forced me face down on the floor and started interrogating me. They hit me so hard on the head that I couldn't hear or see anything. Then they grabbed me by the hair and threw me against the other wall. And because I didn't land on my stomach when they threw me, they started smashing my head against the floor."
He said that the men in black uniforms began cutting his clothes with knives and filming the incident.
Then, according to the teenager, a sudden commotion erupted in the building. They began cleaning him up and wiping away the blood.
"A woman came in. She calmed me down very well. She told me everything was fine, that nothing would happen to me again," he said.
According to the teenager, the woman also shielded him and prevented the beating from continuing.
Shortly after, he says, Budanov entered the building. The teenager says that, due to the blows he'd received, he initially didn't even realize who he was.
"I can't see anything, I can't even make out a face." I think they're interrogating me further, they're going to interrogate me now. I was in such shock. When my sister called, I was already asking what to say. Because I don't know what will happen to me next."
After speaking with Budanov, the boy was taken out of the building and handed over to medics.
"I came to the rally myself. They simply knocked me off the fence with a shovel and started beating me," he said." Strana

'It’s worse than we thought. In research that I have undertaken over the last few weeks based on information compiled by the Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) about Palestinian journalists killed by Israel since October 2023, I’ve discovered that, of the 68 Palestinian journalists killed by Israel in the first three months of their genocidal campaign, the majority were targeted and killed while at home with their families. My research provides startling confirmation, never unearthed before, of the widespread use of Israel’s AI program, dubbed “Where’s Daddy?”, specifically for journalists, relentlessly targeting them when they were at home, with a complete disregard both for their required protection as civilians under international humanitarian law, and for the often extensive “collateral damage” inflicted on their families.'..
'In conclusion, while I am immensely grateful to the Committee to Protect Journalists for their research, on which this report of mine is almost entirely based, I’d like to send out an open appeal to them to expand their definitions of the circumstances in which journalists are killed. The Palestinian journalists killed are almost all listed under two categories — “murdered”, which applies to 33 of the 189 cases profiled, and, in most cases, “On dangerous assignment.” As I hope to have made clear, Israel has, since October 2023, clearly invented a third category — “Targeted and killed at home” — and CPJ needs to update its categories, because being at home and being targeted and killed ought to be the very opposite of being killed while on a “dangerous assignment.” Home is meant to be where you’re safe.'

Azov’s Crisis PR: When in Doubt, Blame Russia.
Following the discovery of an illegal detention facility in Petropavlivska Borshchahivka near Kyiv where newly mobilized men and deserters were reportedly held and tortured, Azov wasted no time launching its emergency PR operation.
Today, on Kyiv’s Maidan, Azov hastily rounded up its veterans and their relatives, handed them a gigantic banner reading “I Support Ukraine’s Defense Forces,” and rolled out the patriotic spectacle.
Everyone sings the Ukrainian national anthem, tears streaming down their faces. A truly Oscar-worthy performance.
Then comes the interview with Azov’s head of ideological affairs, callsign “Docent,” who solemnly explains that the whole thing is — surprise, surprise — a Russian provocation.
Well, obviously. Who else could it possibly be?
Presumably, the black eyes and bruises on the men released just yesterday were personally administered by Putin himself. Perhaps he even flew in to do the honors.
So there you have it. Azov is, apparently, entirely innocent of the torture, unlawful detention, and extortion of money from the families of fellow Ukrainians.
It’s all Russia’s fault. Every last bruise. Every last alleged ransom demand.
When the evidence gets ugly, just wave a flag, sing the anthem, shed a few tears, and blame the Kremlin.

You get the picture🤪

Who is Zelensky?
For 7 years, Volodymyr Zelensky has been the wests darling, a khaki clad symbol of defiance, pleading for billions in aid and NATO’s embrace amid Ukraine’s self inflicted war.
To many well meaning, but willfully ignorant Americans and Europeans , he’s a hero battling overwhelming odds. But behind the curated image lies a far uglier truth, a stooge comedian turned president, propped up by a criminal oligarch, surrounded by cronies, and presiding over a regime of corruption, repression, and broken promises.
An actor playing a role he’s woefully unfit for.
As Ukraine spirals deeper into chaos and its brutally harvested conscript army dwindles, it's important that decent Americans and Europeans understand who and what this man really represents.
Let's start with Kvartal 95, The Oligarch’s Launchpad, Zelensky’s story starts not in politics but comedy. Born in 1978 in Kryvyi Rih, he co-founded Studio Kvartal 95 in the 1990s with a group of friends that had hit it big by the 2000s, ironically their big breaks were made in Russia, performing in Russian and focusing on Russian and Ukrainian political and cultural life. The key to all this success? Ihor Kolomoisky, a billionaire ukrainian oligarch with a laundry list of crimes, including fraud, money laundering, and brutal violence. Kolomoisky then owned 1+1, the TV network that handed Zelenskys Kvartal 95 a national platform starting in 2012. He didn’t just offer airtime. He bankrolled Zelensky with cash, security, and legal and criminal muscle. This wasn’t mentorship. It was a transaction. Kolomoisky, later sanctioned by the U.S. for “significant corruption,” saw Zelensky as a pawn in his game. By 2019, when Zelensky ran for president, Kolomoisky’s DNA was all over the campaign providing vehicles, lawyers, bodyguards, and a media blitz. Zelensky was never an outsider; he was a "made man"
This is where it gets almost unbelievably bizzare. In 2015, Zelensky starred in "Servant of the People," a hit satire aired on Kolomoisky’s 1+1 channel, where he played a teacher turned president railing against corruption.
Ukrainians, tired of the endemic corruption in the post Soviet state, lapped it up. Then, in 2018, his Kvartal 95 crew decided to turn fiction into reality, registering a political party called, you guessed it, "Servant of the People." It had absolutely no manifesto, no policies, and no plan of action, just a TV title and Zelensky’s face.
Running in 2019, Zelensky promised to end corruption and the Donbas civil war, which had erupted after the CIA backed Maidan Coup, winning in a landslide thanks to Kolomoisky’s media machine. An actor who played a president on TV was now remarkably in the real job.
Zelensky didn’t waste any time handing power to his showbiz pals. Ivan Bakanov, a Kvartal 95 co-founder, became head of the SBU security service with no experience. Serhiy Shefir, another comedy crony, took a top aide role, no experience. And then there’s Andriy Yermak, a now disgraced former film producer turned Zelensky’s right-hand man, who headed the Presidential Office, dubbed Ukraine’s “shadow president.” Yermak, physically and intellectualy towered over Zelensky, controled policy and access, a fixer running the show while the president flounders.
These weren’t appointments based on merit. They were placements, a Kvartal 95 clique utterly unfit for a grossly dysfunctional war-torn nation.
Zelensky’s laughable anti-corruption pledge met reality in 2021 with the Pandora Papers. The leak revealed he and his inner circle, including Bakanov, were funnelling cash to Kolomoisky with Zelensky stashing millions offshore.
Zelensky swore to end corruption and the Donbas war. Instead, he’s delivered more of both, a million plus lie Dead, the free Media crushed, billions stolen, languages and religion banned. This criminal is no hero. No Churchill. And no friend of Europecor America. He should be treated accordingly.

Softball Interviews for a Little Dictator
Over the past two weeks, Zelensky has given more than a dozen interviews to Western media outlets. And not one journalist — not a single one — has uttered the word “busification.”
In Ukraine, this term describes the forced mobilization of thousands of Ukrainian men — men snatched off the streets, dragged out of cafés, seized on buses, and sent to the front lines to kill and be killed against their will.
Why don't Western legacy media journalists ask about these men?
Why don't they ask why Ukrainian border guards tried to kill a Ukrainian man attempting to escape across the Dniester River into Moldova?
Why don't they ask about the dozens who froze to death in the forests or drowned in rivers, risking everything in a desperate attempt to escape this open-air prison called Ukraine, the "beacon of freedom and democracy"? Men who would rather risk their lives fleeing their own country than be forced to die in a war they never chose to fight.
Why don't they ask about the tens of thousands of Ukrainian men detained at the border while desperately trying to flee the country?
Why don't they ask about the hundreds of thousands of men who have deserted and gone AWOL from the Ukrainian army?
Is it because these questions would shatter the narrative that Ukraine, with the West's help, has spent years so carefully constructing — the myth of a nation united in its overwhelming desire to “fight until victory”?
Because the truth is far less convenient, isn't it?
You are erasing hundreds of thousands of voices.
The voices of people who want Peace, not war.
The voices of those who reject Zelensky's escalation, bankrolled by Brussels and cheered on by its increasingly hawkish rhetoric.
You make these people invisible. Unwelcomed. And even hostile to — and threatening to your power.
You deny them a voice, a face, a place in the story.
You bury them beneath the deafening clatter of weapons.
And then you call it journalism.

One more amazing thing about Brazil and Lula's campaign:
The NYT today has a gushing profile of a Congressman named @AndreJanonesMG, who became the face of Lula's campaign, its chief communication strategist. and -- as a result of admittedly innovative though extremely creepy digital strategies -- the greatest hero of the Brazilian left. But listen to what the article doesn't mention:
Just 2 years ago -- not 20 years ago or 10 years ago, but 2 years ago -- Janones got caught committing one of the most despicable crimes imaginable: he forced his Congressional staff employees to transfer a portion of their (quite low) monthly public salary to him as a condition for keeping their jobs. The money he stole from his workers didn't go to his campaign: it just went to enrich himself, into his pocket,.
He got caught when the employees secretly taped him angrily telling them they should stop complaining. When all this emerged, the left-wing members of Congress loyal to Lula -- who, remember, claims to lead a movement of workers! The name of Lula's party is the Workers Party -- protected him from all consequences from stealing the salary of his workers.
The pro-Lula judiciary let Janones confess guilt and simply pay back the money that he stole. And yet this doesn't bother anyone on the Brazilian left. Janones has become a beloved figure overnight among left-wing celebrities and is now one of Lula's closest allies. The NYT profile doesn't even mention this in their gushing profile.
In the scheme of Brazil's authoritarianism, it's not the biggest issue, but to me it's one of the most revealing about what frauds these people are:

THIS IS THE NEXT BIG UK SCANDAL
The Hidden Credit Line scandal has run since the 2000s.
NatWest (@NatWestGroup), Royal Bank of Scotland (@RBS_Help) and Ulster Bank (@UlsterBankNI) sold business owners loans with an interest rate swap attached.
It was marketed as protection if rates rose. It actually created hidden exposure against the customer's own assets that nobody clearly explained. When rates fell after 2008, banks used that exposure to call in debts, strip assets and push profitable businesses into insolvency.
Steve Middleton (@stevemiddi1) and Mark Wright, a former RBS manager, built BankConfidential (@BankConfidenti1) to collect the evidence.
Mark Wright put in about £60,000 of his own pension. Neither made a penny and both lost their careers for telling the truth.
In November 2022 they met the FCA (@TheFCA) with Lord Prem Sikka (@premnsikka) and derivatives expert Ian Tyler.
James Hurley (@jameshurley) of @thetimes had already written 4 articles calling it financial and accounting fraud. The FCA let NatWest review itself and concluded it was not technically criminal fraud.
BankConfidential published its full report in November 2025. On 14 April 2026 it prompted a Westminster Hall debate led by John McDonnell (@johnmcdonnellMP), chair of the APPG on Investment Fraud and Fairer Financial Services (@appgonifandffs). MPs asked for a judge led statutory inquiry under the Inquiries Act 2005. Six reviews had already produced no justice.
Ian Byrne (@IanByrneMP) said this scandal belongs alongside Hillsborough, Post Office Horizon and infected blood. He also noted the FCA is a private company limited by guarantee with immunity from civil liability.
Andrew Candy was hit with an undisclosed £70,000 break cost. He lost his business and family home and spent 17 years seeking answers.
Economic Secretary Lucy Rigby (@LucyRigby) replied that the FCA is independent and ministers should be careful about interfering.
The regulator failed for over a decade, and its independence is now the reason given for not investigating that failure.
Nobody has gone to prison... yet.

I am in the absolute best mood over this Macron dismissal. Feels like a year and a half of my family having to deal with psychotic lies regarding pending bankruptcies, secret accounts and plans to flee the country, has finally come to end.
For those of you wondering what happens now with the case, here is a synopsis:
You will note the Macrons additionally named two other business entities in their lawsuit: Candace Owens LLC and GeorgeTom Inc. They admitted in our hearing that they were unsure if one or both of these entities housed the podcast and that they would need limited discovery to determine how those businesses run and who runs them.
As it turns out, one of the above mentioned entities has absolutely nothing to do with the podcast in any way, shape, or form, so it will be a legal exercise in futility for the couple.
In effect, that leaves just one entity.
In addition to my personal dismissal, the court also decided in favor of our argument that France’s defamation law should apply.
Let me explain to you why that decision deeply impacts matters and was a major point of legal contention; France’s defamation law has a statute of limitation of just 3 months. This means defamation claims time out very quickly.
We argued the Macron couple was intentionally forum shopping because being held to France’s 3 months would have naturally expired their claims. We included a briefing from a French legal expert explaining French defamation law.
The Macrons did not submit a briefing to counter our arguments, but during oral arguments they suggested that France has a unique statutory law that could, in theory, extend claims up to one year IF the defamation claim pertains to an individual’s sexual orientation or gender.
Before ruling on the dismissal pertaining to the remaining entities, the judge is allowing for the Macron couple to submit a supplemental brief, arguing why they believe this case could meet that threshold
In his response (see below), the Judge has duly noted our legal expert’s notation that in parallel cases filed by the Presidential couple against other journalists in France, the couple sued under France’s 3 month defamation rule—not the one year statutory.
I believe it is worth again noting that the couple is NOT and has never sued anyone for matters pertaining to sex, sexual orientation, or gender (despite intentional media misrepresentations), but rather for defamation related to claims regarding MK Ultra and theft.
You are free to read their initial filing against me yourself.
So what happens now is the remaining entities and the Macrons submit additional briefings regarding French law and statutes. The judge will then rule on the lingering dismissals.
🚨BREAKING NEWS:
I was just personally dismissed from the Macron lawsuit filed against me in Delaware.
This case represents one of the grossest, legal overreaches by a foreign government leader in human history—a sitting President’s attempt to personally bankrupt a single podcaster from outside the nation in which he governs.
And to formally reiterate since many reporters willfully lied about this most important detail: I was NEVER being sued for stating that Brigitte Macron was born a male. I was instead being sued for discussing MK Ultra and for allegedly accusing the “First Lady” of theft from her sister.
I am tremendously grateful to the Delaware courts and to the presiding Judge for looking at this case objectively, despite false media depictions and government pressures.
