@AmericanAir wrecked another trip. Mechanical delay over 3+ hours out of UVF - no water or snack offered during 2 hour tarmac stay. Missed connections and customs on Charlotte. Have to divert to MIA for customs, deplane, customs, security and reboard for CLT then what??
@AmericanAir was kind enough to provide a voucher to the Ramada in across the street from the “gentlemen’s” club. This is a place I am certain the @AmericanAir flight crew has never stayed. It was really dirty and run down with mold in the shower. Thanks for the concern!!

very disappointed with both @MerrickPetCare and @Petco for not responding to this tweet. To be clear, nothing was removed from the two cans. That is what they looked liked when opened. You can clearly see that the weight does not correspond to the weight on the can.
@MerrickPetCare we have been receiving a case a month of the pictured canned food from @Petco and the weight and fill of the cans has been wildly inconsistent. We can no longer pay a premium for this. This is just one example that has gone on for several months.
One of many changes in 2020 due to Covid was the cancellation of Oktoberfest. I was lucky to go a few years ago with my awesome coworkers.
