The #BlueJays missing out on Bellinger isn’t good or bad. Could have been a low-risk, high-reward (we have enough of those), but Cubs makes perfect sense for Belli to work toward a bounceback year. Too many eyes on him with the Jays. Easier to shine at (1/2)
