No way to lodge a formal complaint with @Mintmobile @MintMobileCares apparently, no department talks to any other. Cust care can’t actually reach tech. They say they expedite tickets but then when you check, learn they lied and can’t. Still waiting for them to fix their mistake.

Must now take to complaining on Twitter about @VFSGlobal and @vFSglobalcare again! they told me two weeks ago they issued refunds (finally). Yet still no refund. Original req was 7/14! more than THREE MONTHS for an EASY refund back to card action. VFS is SHADY AF.
So @vfsglobalcare FINALLY answers a DM after asking for them and never replying. Then I get this email today. This is the 3RD TIME I’ve gotten this exact reply. How has my case been “escalated” so often yet still no resolution? @VFSGlobal is shady AF! I started this w/them 7/14!
