Created my Bluesky account. Used the same name to make it easy to find me. I'll start using it after DC. In the meantime, I'll also start following folks. @minerva2bc.bsky.social

Good win for Carlos. Heartbreaking loss for Taylor as it means he doesn't make the final 8 for the ATP finals. Jodar is in.
THERE IS ONLY ONE CARLOS ALCARAZ.
@carlosalcaraz saves TWO match points to come through an EPIC against Fritz!

If you're having a bad day, here's the exact moment that Charlie Brown adopted Snoopy 75 years ago.
Wow...Taylor gets the break and will serve at 4-3 in the 2nd set. Took the 1st set in a long tiebreak.
It does look a bit....rotund.
A Hawk was diagnosed as "Too Fat" to fly 😭
A hawk in Virginia went viral after feasting on a neighbor’s chickens for weeks, gaining so much weight that it became too fat to fly. Wildlife experts found the bird weighing over 910 grams and said it had been spending its days eating and sleeping in nearby trees.

Jon Wertheim reflects on Sorana Cîrstea's nearly 20-year career and her decision to retire while playing some of her best tennis at 36.
💬 What will you remember most about Cîrstea's career?
Ok, I didn't think Novak would win the tourney but I also didn't think it would be Hijikata who would take him out. Congrats, Rinky!
BACK FROM THE BRINKY 🤯👏
Qualifier Rinky Hijikata becomes the lowest ranked player to defeat Novak Djokovic this season!
