Total proof of me as a restaurant daughter. I worked there as a young teen, celebrated birthdays and ate many meals with my family and staff there. Since it opened in 1943, Chinatown Inn still feeds the Pittsburgh community 83 years later!! We gotta be doing something right to last this long, right?! Some of my family well-guarded recipes are now revealed in my cookbook, along with all the other meals I love. Also, I believe these recipes are my Fountain of Youth.
