在世界上的很多地方，Web3 从业者早就已经进入主流视野了。
他们和做智能驾驶、做 AI、做前沿科技的团队没有本质区别，同样在推动技术演进、制度升级和效率跃迁，理应得到尊重。
但前提是——
我们自己，先要认可自己在做什么。
如果一个人内心深处都觉得自己的工作见不得光，只是为了捞钱，那这个行业不可能真正建立起长期的社会信任。
#Crypto 的价值，是让世界更透明，是降低信息和金融的不对称，是让更多人用更低的成本，接触到原本只属于少数人的金融服务。
这是一个在和既有不公平结构正面博弈的行业。
也正因为如此，每个人在其中都有责任。
无论是交易所、项目方，还是 KOL，你做的不只是自己的生意，也是在一点点塑造这个行业在外界眼中的样子。
尊重行业，本质上是在为自己争取长期的尊重。
只有当从业者先站直了，这个行业才能发展得更好，更稳！

Your earning power is usually lower when young. There is a balance between how much you: 1, spend, 2, save, 3, invest (financially or in yourself).
The key is finding the near-optimal balance. The book "Die with Zero" goes into more detail on this topic.

On December 13, Binance founder Changpeng Zhao stated in an interview with Pakistani social entrepreneur Bilal Bin Saqib that his most fundamental way of learning is reading books. He advised young people to prioritize risk management, noting that since they have strong future earning potential, they can afford to take higher risks and should avoid excessive saving. Instead, they should invest resources in themselves to build their personal skill sets.

Everyone wants to know when will be the crypto alt szn.
Some reliable voices say it should be this year, some others say next year, and some say it will never come again.
These are opinions.
Guesses.
But not facts.
And when finally one of the opinions is right, and if the people who are right are genuine, then it isn’t going to be a situation where they get to scream and shout “Yes, I was right! give me clout!”
Because everyone is just guessing.
Nobody actually knows what will happen.
And in the meantime, the wise thing to do is to continue about our business and hustle every day, or as often as possible, to find more good opportunities at bottoms or early before they run and secure gains on the way up.
And for some to add in leverage trading as well to their spot trading and accumulate more gains that way too.
And you must realize that every investor is a short & long term spot trader.
Continuing on this path that we are on will lead to eventual financial freedom, regardless of alt season or no alt season.
And then when the alt season comes, it will be all the merrier and expedite that process of achieving financial freedom/growing your wealth.
