For me, Diwali is not so much about celebrating a religious festival as it is about celebrating the essence of this festival. The essence for me (And every person celebrating this may have their own reasons to celebrate!) is to celebrate the light in each one of us,
all of us sit on a spectrum of emotions, we all have the characteristics of Rama (good) and those of Ravana (Bad) in us and we also have the innate wisdom to make a choice of where we sit on this spectrum, every single day.

Being a #businessforgood means that we have slowly shifted our business model to create space for #communityimpact projects that have a direct impact on the #healthandwellbeing of those who are must vulnerable in our communities in Leeds.

The projects have not just enabled the participants to find friendships, learn new creative arts but what it has enabled is for the participants to find hope. Hope in themselves, hope in living and in being.
