I’m leading in T&L just for the summer term in a new ASD school. Could you recommend any other people to follow, books to read or things to listen to? Thank you @Whitworthtin4 @WomenEd

My Year 11s are preparing this week for their Non-Calculator mock examination. So I put together a little revision reminder sheet. If you want to be added to the mailing list, please retweet and DM a request. Working through the backlog of requests atm.

CROYDON HAS HAD NO TEENAGE MURDERS IN 1 whole year. From London’s knife crime capital to a year of no teenage murders. 44 children did a one minute silence for Zaian with the headteacher in attendance. Thank you Croydon Community,The Met, City Hall, VRU and grassroot orgs

Covid again! (twice this academic year!). Constant tinnitus. Want to sleep, but can’t. Feeling a bit sorry for myself today 😔

Thanks for @HeadsUp4HTs for making me feel truly welcome this morning. It was so great meeting such a supportive group of people. Feeling inspired for the week ahead and a calendar reminder is going in for the next one!

I’ve had a great first week at work! Have supportive SLT colleagues and my teachers and TA’s have really helped me settle in after starting late. And this got put up as well! Feeling happy and grateful 🥰

A good was to start tweeting more (think I average about 10 a year 😂) I’m thankful that my covid symptoms are finally subsiding, and that I can start my new role in Monday 💪🏽 #thankfulFriday
So this academic year, I would like to try to commit to tweeting each Friday for something in the week I am thankful for 🙏🏾 Feel free to join and use the hashtag #thankfulFriday 👊🏾 1/2

Today I should be starting my new #SLT role as Assistant Headteacher. But a positive covid test has set that back a week…updating my profile picture instead! #NewProfilePic

For the first time since this all started we have had our bubbles burst! Just over half the students sent home. Will be a very quiet week here!
