Today in EYFS,we surprised the children with a snowy sunrise. Christmas music was playing and there was plenty of festive cheer to start the final day of the term. Thank you to the lovely @Clairey71C for kindly sharing your snow machine! #eytagteam #TeamEarlyChildhood #eytalking

Two thoughts after the first day back on home learning: 1. Teams meetings are definitely more entertaining now the children are learning how to unmute without asking their parents 😂🤦🏼‍♀️ 2. I could not work in an office.. My eyes hurt so much! 👀

Live, pre recorded or slides and sheets. You do what’s best for the children in your school and what works best for you as a staff. Let’s not debate what’s better or worse. Remember that we are in this together. Let’s just continue to do the best for our children.

Some of the opportunities our children have had to explore Maths through play during their first few weeks at school. The superhero phone numbers went down so well and was amazing for number recognition. And yes, the coloured sand ended up all over the floor 🤷🏼‍♀️😂 #WorldMathsDay
