"Give students 5-6 chips. When a student wants to speak, they 'spend' a chip & place it on the sentence starter. When they no longer have chips, they wait to speak until all other students have used theirs!"

It was a heartwarming morning at @stjeschool as we welcomed 13 new students from Afghanistan who arrived in Windsor two weeks ago. Principal Kim Capaldi was joined by Daniel Beliciu of @MultiCulturalCl & Supt Joumana Tawil who handed out new backpacks & t-shirts to welcome them.
