I have long been of the opinion that the last two weeks of the summer term for school leaders feel like violently re-entering the Earth’s atmosphere: holding on for dear life and hoping you land in one piece.

PSA hayfever besties.
The really good shit, fexofenadine, is £11 when branded Allevia or Histallay, BUT, get the exact same drug in less boujis packaging and it’s £6.99 AND better than that, it’s currently buy-one-get-one-half-price at Superdrug so it’s just over a fiver a pack.

I feel these are three things every teacher and school leader should know:
1. We are more similar than dissimilar in how we learn.
2. This has major implications for designing curriculum, instruction and assessment.
3. Expecting teachers to differentiate their teaching for 30 different kids who all 'learn differently' is one reason the job has been completely unsustainable for so many.
(Quote from Stanislas Dehaene's book 'How We Learn')
