Rounding off this year with the cover feature on @IChronicle's final issue of 2023. It's (arguably) the biggest question in my patch: What are the UK's best Reits? Subscribe today or buy a hard copy from any good newsagent to find out who I picked... investorschronicle.co.uk/ide…

Except it wasn't "last week", it was the week before. Either way, you should read the article...

As a property reporter, I am signed up to email notifications from the housing department (@luhc). This morning it sent me 80 emails over a half-hour period about the same Ukraine policy. Like... maybe just send one next time? Pictured: some (not all) of those emails.

I thought Elon got rid of the $8 blue tick parade. So, why does @IChronicle still need an 'official badge' in addition to the blue tick when our parent @FinancialTimes doesn't have one? Does this mean Financial Times' Twitter account is unofficial? @elonmusk - help me out here.

That's 366 per cent more than the £75mn it had told investors it would cost in its half-year results from August. Company said the cost surge was due to “a broader scope required by government” and “a background of significant build cost inflation”.

This year. This year will be the year you do it for an entire calendar year.
Have The Sun covered this story then? Indeed they have, though you'd be forgiven for missing it. Though the story is above the fold on the BBC, The Guardian, The Times, The Daily Mail and (obvs) The Telegraph, the Sun has snuck it in below the fold (not visible in my screenshot)

New York Times and Bloomberg cameras are here. So it's a properly international story. Have heard a couple chants/seen a couple signs in other langauges. So international protest.

A choir is singing holding a "coat of Hopes". They're generating their own little crowd. They're doing harmonies.
