🚨 مجلس الأمن / الصحراء الغربية
صوماليا تمتنع عن التصويت على مشروع قرار أمريكي بشأن الصحراء الغربية
فشل مجلس الأمن الدولي في اعتماد مشروع القرار الأمريكي، بعد استخدام روسيا حق النقض (الفيتو)، رغم حصول المشروع على تأييد 11 دولة، فيما امتنعت 3 دول عن التصويت، من بينها صوماليا والصين وباكستان
وكان المشروع يدعم مقترح الحكم الذاتي المغربي في إطار تسوية النزاع حول الصحراء الغربية بما يتيح للمملكة المغربية تولّي إدارة الشؤون الداخلية للإقليم
وفي المقابل لم ينجح المشروع الروسي البديل الذي دعا إلى تمديد ولاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة للاستفتاء في الصحراء الغربية (مينورسو) في الحصول على الأغلبية المطلوبة

يبدو أن الحكومة صوماليا تولي «أهمية كبيرة» لمصالح وتطلعات نحو 700 ألف من سكان الصحراء الغربية لكنها لا تبدي الاهتمام ذاته تجاه حقوق وتطلعات أكثر من 6 ملايين من سكان صوماليلاند
إن هذا التناقض في المواقف يثير تساؤلات جدية حول مدى اتساق خطابها مع مبادئ تقرير المصير وحق الشعوب في اختيار مستقبلها
فإذا كانت هذه المبادئ تستحق الدعم في الصحراء الغربية، فلماذا لا تحظى صوماليلاند بالمعاملة ذاتها؟
وعلى المغرب أن يعيد تقييم موقفه وأن ينظر بجدية في الاعتراف بجمهورية صوماليلاند.

🚨 نائب برلماني
كشف نائب برلماني أن الرئيس صوماليا حسن شيخ محمود أقر أمام أعضاء في البرلمان الأوغندي بأنه لا يزال في السلطة بفضل وجود قوات الدفاع الشعبية الأوغندية (UPDF) في صوماليا
وأضاف أن الرئيس أوضح بجلاء أنه في حال انسحاب القوات الأوغندية من البلاد فمن غير المرجح أن يتمكن من الاستمرار في منصبه رئيسًا للجمهورية.

🚨 تطور دبلوماسي جديد | صوماليلاند وإسرائيل
قدم السفير الإسرائيلي لدى صوماليلاند، مايكل لوتيم أوراق اعتماده إلى الرئيس عبد الرحمن محمد عبد الله «عِرو» خلال مراسم تاريخية أُقيمت الأسبوع الماضي في القصر الرئاسي بالعاصمة هرجيسا
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار تطور العلاقات الثنائية عقب الاعتراف المتبادل بين البلدين في 26 ديسمبر 2025
وشهدت العلاقات منذ ذلك الحين خطوات متسارعة أبرزها زيارة وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي جدعون ساعر إلى صوماليلاند في يناير 2026 وافتتاح سفارة صوماليلاند في القدس خلال زيارة الرئيس عِرو إلى إسرائيل في يونيو 2026
كما أعقبت مراسم تقديم أوراق الاعتماد إقامة حفل وضع حجر الأساس للسفارة الإسرائيلية الجديدة في هرجيسا
من جانبه أكد وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي جدعون ساعر عزم بلاده على مواصلة تطوير وتعزيز العلاقات مع صوماليلاند مشيراً إلى أن تعيين السفراء وفقاً للاتفاق المبرم عند إرساء الاعتراف المتبادل يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو ترسيخ الشراكة وتعميق الروابط بين الجانبين

#Somalia’s Defence Minister Ahmed Moallim Fiqi has urged Somalian Americans, including supporters of U.S. President @realDonaldTrump , to stand by Democratic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, saying she was being singled out because of her Somalian origins.
“She left Somalia, and the reason she is being targeted by the conservative team, ‘Trump and his team,’ is because she comes from Somalia,” Fiqi said.

The minister also appealed directly to Somali Americans who support Trump, urging them to stand by Omar despite their political differences.

They described it as better than Somalia. Asked whether they recognised Somaliland as a country, his friends answered: “Yes.”
