You don’t need those for a GREAT career for sure.
But if we’re talking about longevity, staying healthy, and being more productive, it’s another story.
Some of those from the pic are super helpful.
Using a proper chair, a standing desk and ergonomic mouse + keyboard is a game changer for me. I literally feel better than ever and I hardly have body aches anymore.
Also, the external monitor makes me a lot more productive.
As a result, I can hardly work outside my office nowadays.
Nice meme, but take care of your body folks! 🙌

Excited to be the 846th 😻 on @BackerKit for LudoCherry: Stylish tabletop shirts and skirts. Thanks @LudoCherry
Getting back on the bike is killing me. But at least it will help me get a bit healthier during this lockdown! It still surprises me how many people are just out in groups sunbathing on the cliffs though :/
Never use @dhlexpressuk. Been waiting for an overseas order and apparently tried to deliver it twice when I was in but didn't and the next day left a card when they didn't.. so now my package is lost to the black hole of shipping and I can't pick it up... gg dhl
Presenter on @ClassicFM said "wonderful breakfast Brahms" and now I'm just thinking of violin shaped cereal.
Tried to use @BerylBikes but there's no bikes in the whole of central Bournemouth... I want to use the service more often but at this point it's just easier to drive every where

Looks like I've locked myself into an unwinnable situation by hiding the ground keepers keys and getting locked into the garden XD @house_house_ any advice? Seems I'm to much of a dick as a goose and it's come back to bite me!
