Chelsea kept theory first clean sheet of the Premier League season.
I went into detail how Xabi's off ball shape and player application made that happen. The tactics Xabi used to make Chelsea score and the rotations that Xabi is building little by little in possession.

Madrid's model is a sight to behold
π¨π£ BREAKING: Real Madrid have decided to activate their buy-back clause for Jacobo Ramon in 2027.
DECISION 100% DONE.
It will cost LESS than β¬9M.
After that, a decision will be made on his future: either he stays at Real Madrid, or a transfer to the Premier League will be negotiated, as many English clubs want him. @MatteMoretto
Maino will come back from injury and the club as a collective remembers he can play football when its time to face Chelsea
I cant believe Alonso said that with his full chest. He did reference the injury and I get that but even this Estevao can last at least a half. See what he was doing to one of the best defensive fullbacks in the league
No no Emegha if he stays fit can offer us something but I pray for his sake it happens sooner than later. The Striker role is unforgiving at Chelsea. Its easier if Joao is shouldering the thing more if hes fit but now hes not so Emegha has the mantle and he should definitely be taking it off Welbeck. Welbeck didnt come to start loads of games and it hinders the teams athleticism up top. Hes a confident guy so instead of this putting him in his shell it will bring him even more out of it. He will want to prove himself. So hopefully he does.
Like i said, Penders will make mistakes. Its part of the growth process. But Penders will definitely come good. The talent is undeniable and the confidence is there. Love the fact that hes still confident trying tl come and claim balls too added to this

Won't accept that statement Xabi and I know you dont mean it. You just want to close the page fair enough but you yourself know you shouldn't be saying that
Waited for what?
π¨Alonso why Estevao didnβt take a penalty:
βThe game was really, really close. To come straight from the bench and to that competitive level, I thought that we could have waited.β [@BobbyVincentFL]
Considering what he did last year. Agreed its not good enough. Considering whats hes eveb done with some of the little minutes hes gotten this season. The match being physical doesnt count when you are in need of someone of his talent that can contribute immediately. Youre not saving him for anything. We have one game a week π

I think Penders did very well today. Made some crucial saves. Penalty save will also sky rocket his confidence. Didn't deserve to be on the losing side and it helps us in his next games anyways
Im imagining if Estevao had some of those open spaces to run to and I became angry suddenly.
Both imo.
Alonso profiling could have been better with the FBs given the game plan because they messed up a lot of attacks. Neto shouldnβt have stayed on as long as he did as well.
On the player side, Rogers was terrible (if he was even half his best we win), Neto poor, midfield did okay (should have been better given the advantages they had).
Annoying result
