Nah he doesn’t complain all the time, there are quite a few places he enjoyed the food. The fact he doesn’t sugarcoat his critique is what draws people in, if the food nasty he says so, if it’s good he says so. Cook better food and have great customer service and you’ll get a good review, if you don’t, you won’t, it’s really that simple.
