With the clocks going back this weekend, many of us will relish the extra hour in bed. 🛌
Our guide to getting a better night’s sleep is full of tips for anyone struggling with their sleep. 💜

ALT Blue background with white text reading: "H = health". Below, black text states: "Physical health plays a major role in sleep quality. Chronic pain, long-term illness, and some medications can disrupt rest. Mental health can also have a significant impact." A white, sketched heart is in the lower right corner.
ALT Purple graphic with text: "E = environment" in bold. Below, it advises creating a cool, dark, quiet bedroom, using eye masks and ear plugs, and limiting screen time before bed. Illustrations of an eye mask and a smartphone are included.
ALT Purple background with white text: "A = attitude." Below, text reads, "Mindset and stress management play a key role in good sleep. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques can help reset your mind if you find yourself worrying in bed." At the bottom, a white line drawing of a rolled-up yoga mat and a cloud representing a relaxed mind.
ALT "L = lifestyle" text on a blue background. The image includes a description: "Moving during the day, eating a balanced diet, moderating alcohol and caffeine, and keeping a regular sleep schedule can all improve sleep quality." Hate has no place in our societies.
Although it may take many forms, the consequences of hate and intolerance are always harmful.
We can all take action by challenging hate wherever we may see it.
We can all say #NoToHate.

The world is spending far more money on waging war than on building peace.
But excessive military spending often undermines peace.
A more secure world begins by investing at least as much in fighting poverty as we do in fighting wars.

NEW: Russian drones violated Polish airspace on the night of September 9 to 10 in what NATO and European officials have suggested was an intentional Russian incursion.
The large number of Russian drones that violated Polish airspace suggests that this was likely an intentional Russian effort.
At least some of the drones that violated Polish airspace were Gerbera decoy drones, and Russia may have been preparing for an incursion of this size into Polish airspace since Summer 2025.
Russian officials denied that the drones came from Russia and attempted to deflect blame onto Ukraine.
Belarusian officials attempted to deny any involvement in the Russian drone incursion despite evidence that the drones entered Polish airspace from the direction of Belarus.
Russia is likely attempting to gauge both Poland’s and NATO’s capabilities and reactions in the hopes of applying lessons learned to future conflict scenarios with the NATO alliance.
Russia is likely also attempting to limit or deter Western military aid to Ukraine.
Russian milbloggers amplified various narratives to refute Western reporting about the Russian violation of Polish airspace, many of which cohered with official Russian and Belarusian responses.
Ukraine’s Western partners continue to pledge military and financial assistance to Ukraine.

Without more effective cooperation, countries cannot stop financial crimes & recover ill-gotten gains.
