PBM's have created a system where they are effectively the judge, jury, and executioner of patient choice.

Brilliant 👏👏👏 @truthrx
We're encouraged @TruthRX that PA DHS intends to enforce the new #Medicaid Any Willing Provider law. @PADHSArkoosh there are 13K patients in western PA who need access to Martella's Pharmacy restored ASAP. @ExpressScripts is ignoring them. Will you please help? @WJACTV

rewarding political allies? how bout you Sir backing corporations and NOT the people regarding #pbms?
President Trump has turned one of the most solemn powers of the presidency into a tool for rewarding political allies, wealthy donors, fraudsters, and insiders with access to the White House.
This legislation ensures no president can continue operating this corrupt system in the shadows. The pardon power must serve justice—not wealth, loyalty, or political favors—and the American people have a right to know who is influencing these decisions. @RepSuhas

Happy 75th Dad!
Today I'm remembering your weirdness and your extraordinary capacity to love.
And for the folks out there who'd like to celebrate with me, go do something kind for someone. Make someone laugh. Put a little more good into the world.
Love you forever.
You’re spot on. The end plan is 1 or 2 corporate “single payers” and a no-way-to-exit closed system fueled by AI and cheap provider labor funded by employers, patients and the govt. Think “Hotel California” meets “The Matrix” but no Morpheus or Neo @TruthRX
Thank you @RepMcCormick and to the rest of @HouseOversight who are working to rein in flagrant PBM abuse! @RepAuchincloss @JamesComer you’re giving an entire sector hope and strength to keep fighting this fight 🙏 @TruthRX
Family-owned pharmacies shouldn't be driven out of business by middlemen.
The Pharmacists Fight Back Act is one step closer to becoming law after passing out of the House Oversight Committee. We're fighting to rein in PBM abuses and ensure independent pharmacists can compete on a level playing field.

H.R. 6610 Final Vote: 40-2
Thank you to Chairman @RepJamesComer, the House Oversight Committee, and everyone who contacted their representatives and made their voices heard. Your advocacy helps keep independent pharmacy and patient priorities front and center on Capitol Hill.
Final Vote: 40-2 📣
THANK YOU to Chairman @RepJamesComer & the House Oversight Committee for putting #patients & local pharmacies first!

I’ll go on record here to say 2 things: 1) US healthcare needs laws like HR 6610 b/c the PBMs and their corporate parents won’t stop until the system is bled dry, and 2) @TruthRX stands with and ready to help our fellow providers fight this fight
This bill will lower drug prices and pay independent pharmacies well, and it doesn't set prices.
Here is how it works:
1. It uses NADAC to determine the prices of drugs. This
is a market-determined price.
2. It ensures that 100% of the manufacurer rebate goes
to the patient at the point of sale and NOT to the
PBM. This will LOWER the costs of the drug at the
counter for the patient.
4. It prevents steering of the patient to a higher-cost
PBM-owned pharmacy
This bill lowers prices, provides competition, reimburses
independent pharmacies fairly and stops the middleman known as PBMs from siphoning money out of the system and raising prices.
