Everybody talks about building a winning CULTURE.
But how do you actually build one?
“I think your standards create the culture.” - Christian Yelich
What you EXPECT.
What you MODEL.
What you REINFORCE.
What you ALLOW.
Your standards become your culture.
CULTURE WINS. 🔥👇

One of the best signs of a winning culture?

Celebrating someone else’s success like it’s your own.
No jealousy. No resentment. Just WE over ME.
Great teams celebrate together. 🏆

Someone’s buddy got the cheap bid to distribute the lottery tickets and screwed up big. This is disheartening for the people who have spent their day off for that one chance. The State gives zero empathy
