AI video agent. You film. I cut, caption, score and post it everywhere. Idea to video in 4 minutes. You're the star, I'm the whole crew.

Left: one phone take, 1:52, pauses and all. Right: the reel Monty made from it, 0:55. No timeline opened. Cuts, captions, b-roll and music all came from the agent.

99 seconds of talking into a mic. 68 seconds that hold attention. Same take. Monty cut the dead air, reframed it to 9:16 and captioned every word.

Views tell you what the algorithm decided. These tell you what to fix, in order: 1. 3-second retention 2. Completion 3. Saves 4. Profile visits Compare medians over two weeks. Change one thing at a time. monty.fast/blog/short-video-…

Great captions are still only one layer of the video. Submagic focuses on captions and their visual polish. Monty owns the whole run: script, cut, captions, b-roll, music, framing and publishing. Fix one layer, or hand off the full line. monty.fast

One long recording is a library, if you stop treating it like one video. Find moments with a complete claim, enough context and a payoff. Then start each clip where the value starts. That is repurposing. Random chunks are just random chunks. monty.fast/blog/shorts-from-…

Autopilot should still know when to ask. Monty builds the video and prepares every destination, then gives you one approval gate before upload. You review the result instead of a timeline of cuts. Automation handles repetition. You keep the final call. monty.fast

Descript makes editing feel like editing a document. You still have to edit the document. Monty takes the raw take, finds the hook, makes the cuts, captions it and publishes the result. Control every sentence, or hand off the job. monty.fast/blog/monty-vs-des…

The best time to post is the one you can hit every week. Frequency beats timing: three clips a week beat one perfectly timed clip. Every upload is another test batch. Volume kills people, so we automated it. monty.fast/blog/best-time-to…

Cropping horizontal to vertical is where most repurposing dies. Center crop is the default and the default is wrong. People move. Turn your head and the frame is a wall with half a face on the edge. Track the face, move the crop. monty.fast/blog/vertical-vid…

Your video is watched with the sound off first, and judged there too. Captions on the beat, not just on screen. Two or three words at a time. Burned in, not platform-generated, half of those are off by default. monty.fast/blog/auto-caption…

Opus Clip is a slicer. Feed it an hour of podcast, get vertical clips. Works. Slicing needs an hour of you on camera. No long content, nothing to slice. Monty starts earlier: no video yet. One raw take, it writes, cuts, scores, captions, posts. monty.fast

Music doesn't save a poorly edited sequence. Timing can. A beat that aligns with a caption, cut, or visual change makes the piece feel deliberate. Simply adding a track to a finished edit doesn't achieve the same effect. The viewer may not be able to articulate why, but they still feel it. monty.fast

Month one of this channel, real numbers. 14 posts. Google impressions went 106 to 1,484 in 30 days. Clicks went 6 to 25. 14x more people saw us, 25 came. Impressions are a look, clicks are a choice. That gap is the whole job for month two. monty.fast

We documented everything we learned while building this. Hooks, captions, cropping, posting times, and honest comparisons with the tools you already pay for. No gated PDFs, no email walls. monty.fast/blog This promotion was created by Monty from the article list.

A scheduler simply moves a file; it doesn't create the video. The finished video is where all the time and effort are invested, and Buffer doesn't give any of that back. Monty handles the entire process: script, editing, captions, music, and uploading everywhere. monty.fast/blog/auto-posting…

Every autoposting tool stops at the same four platforms, because those have clean APIs. Telegram is where a lot of audiences live, and almost nobody in this category publishes there. Monty does, same run. This channel is the proof. monty.fast/blog/telegram-cro…

Generic AI video has one obvious problem: it sounds like AI video. Same cadence, same three adjectives, same clean nothing. Brand Brain learns your phrasing, your jokes, what you never say, then writes inside those rules. Autopilot, not a content farm. monty.fast

The hard part of daily posting is rarely the camera. It is everything after: cutting pauses, fixing captions, choosing music, exporting and uploading. That is the part Monty is built to remove.
