In September, Trump said oil prices probably won't come down until after the midterms. It's the one forecast out of Washington that actually came true. Brent is up 15% in October alone. Americans are paying for it every time they fill up.

Fed Chair Kevin Warsh says the world has broadly played out as the Fed expected since its September hike. Brent is up 15% this month to $112. The 10-year is near 5%. If this is what they expected, I'd hate to see what surprises them.
