What I am realizing with this Beenie Man and alot of Jamaicans.
Their idea of recovery is not the restoration of Electricity & Water, rebuilding Hospitals & Schools and roads clean up etc. They are still in the mindset of a more personalized benefit.

The monument took 10 months of constant work, not the first time in the news but NOW we have a problem that the money used to build it could build back homes for 600,000 Jamaicans.
So we must beat John Issa Caz him want to memorialize the resilience of the people and commend those that gave of their efforts to help in the response ? Remember people jump on any moving vehicle to get to the west.. their stories are tied in what this represents. Let us unite
