One time a man at a bar told me I looked "exotic" so I told him he needed to get out more.
Happy Father's Day to the men out there who are such great dads that they set the bar unfathomably high.
An Iowa HS State Track haiku
"Kids these days are fast
Seriously, it's stupid
How fast these kids are"
The type of life advice my dad gives is always stuff like, "Don't fight fire with fire unless you're 100% certain you're not fighting a pyromaniac," which is honestly one of my favorite things about him.

For a moment I thought they were introducing a cat version of the Beautiful Bulldog contest. Obviously, I need more coffee. 🥴
If I won the lottery tomorrow I would start an animal welfare org + YouTube channel and it would be called "Ace of Spayed" and we would wear ✨️the coolest✨️ leather vests while we were out doing TNR. ♠️✂️
I found my running journal from high school and I'm tempted to try to follow it as a 32 year old just for funsies.
Is this a mid-life crisis, or have I just had good health insurance for too long? 🤔
Pro tip for my wheezy friends. 🫁 When your PCP tries to give you steroids, take them. I know the side effects make you want to crawl out of your skin, but so does starting the new year confined to your bed and setting goals like "walk dog around block without needing a break" 😩
A dating app but instead of someone's height or Alma mater you get their Uber rating and feedback from their Air BnB hosts.
What an experience! 💛 It's been an unexpected journey and a real honor to be part of Johnston's 1st NXN qualifying team. 🐉 I am so happy for these kids. 🥲
