X’s algorithm has been updated and your reach could be affected if every three-fifths of your posts contain adult content. Here are some tips to avoid this: Share SFW posts. Discuss your interests, current events unrelated to your industry and anything that varies your post types from solely NSFW. Think gaming, food, memes, movies or anything that brings you joy. Label your media correctly. Attempting to circumvent the 3/5 rule by not labelling your content as adult won’t work; they’ll simply assign the sensitive media label to your account. Feel free to post adult content when it falls within the safe posting limit (less than 50% of your posts). Post regularly. New and “seasoned” posts are treated equally, so post frequently. Remember your post will only be visible for about 48 hours. If you’re using a marketing strategy involving queuing, ensure you have a post scheduled at least every two days. .
