While the world is watching, this beautiful teenager, who was 14 years old when she was taken away for the #Uyghur camps, has now been confirmed to have passed away. She was sentenced to 12 years which means she died in prison. Her death is on the CCP.

#Egypt I've joined to fellow UN experts raising concerns on the arrest and enforced disappearance of the entire newsroom crew of the independent, investigative media platform, #Matsadaash
On 1 October, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior confirmed the arrest of the journalists on Facebook, but failed to disclose their fate and whereabouts. The journalists have allegedly been denied access to lawyers.
We noted that during their disappearance, the journalists were allegedly interrogated and subjected to torture and cruel treatment by authorities.
The journalists have been charged with terrorism-related offences, which carry the death penalty, despite failing to meet the most serious crimes threshold under international law.
This is reflective of a widespread and escalating practice of the unlawful detention of journalists in Egypt.
The current situation is geeting worse with the recent closure of the media outlet @MadaMasr

Lina Attalah, editor-in-chief of independent Egyptian media outlet Mada Masr, faces criminal trial on 11 November 2026 on charges of “spreading false information” solely for the outlet’s independent journalism. She risks a one-year prison sentence.
In separate proceedings on 27 October, the New Cairo Misdemeanours Court convicted Lina Attalah of “managing an unlicensed website”, fined her three million Egyptian pounds and ordered Mada Masr’s closure. Her appeal against this ruling is scheduled for 25 November 2026.
@amnesty calls on the authorities to drop the charges against Lina Attalah, quash the closure order against Mada Masr and allow it to operate freely.

في محاكمة افتقرت إلى النزاهة، أمرت محكمة بإغلاق موقع "مدى مصر" (@MadaMasr) وفرضت غرامة على رئيسة تحريره، الصحفية والمدافعة عن حقوق الإنسان لينا عطاالله. وتُشكّل هذه الإجراءات تهديداً للصحافة المستقلة، كما تنطوي على خطر خلق مناخ من الترهيب يطال المدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والمجتمع المدني.
سأتابع عن كثب جلسة 11 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني المتعلقة بحكمٍ منفصل بالسجن لمدة عام، كان قد صدر غيابياً ضد لينا عطاالله في عام 2024، بالإضافة إلى الإجراءات القانونية الخاصة بإغلاق "مدى مصر" وتداعيات ذلك الأوسع على الحق في الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان.
أدعو السلطات المصرية إلى التراجع فوراً عن قرار إغلاق "مدى مصر"، وإلغاء أي إدانات ناتجة عن عمل لينا عطاالله المشروع في مجالي الصحافة وحقوق الإنسان، وضمان توفير بيئة آمنة ومواتية للصحفيين والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان، بما يتماشى مع المعايير الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

The Netherlands is only one chapter in a much broader story unfolding across Europe.“Shield and Sword” traces patterns of #TransnationalRepression across 🇩🇪 🇳🇱 🇧🇪 🇫🇷 🇦🇹 🇬🇧 between 2022 and 2026, documenting intimidation, surveillance, physical assaults, digital targeting, AI-enabled harassment, and smear campaigns against Egyptians in exile.
The investigation examines the role of the Egyptian Youth Union Abroad and maps a broader network of associated actors, entities, and initiatives operating across multiple jurisdictions, highlighting links between incidents often treated as isolated cases.
Accountability requires coordinated investigations, information-sharing, and judicial cooperation among all affected states to identify cross-border patterns, dismantle the proxy networks enabling transnational repression, and end impunity.

في توثيق «درع وسيف: كيف يلاحق اتحاد شباب المصريين بالخارج المعارضين وأصحاب الرأي في أوروبا؟» الصادر عن مؤسسة دعم القانون والديمقراطية، خصصنا قسماً بعنوان «البنية التنظيمية» لتتبع عدد من الكيانات والأفراد المرتبطين بالوقائع الواردة في التوثيق.
ومن بين هذه الكيانات شركة ONA Sports Investment Limited المسجلة في المملكة المتحدة، والتي تُظهر السجلات التجارية أنها مملوكة ومدارة بواسطة أحمد عبد القادر، المعروف باسم "ميدو".
وعند مراجعة السجلات التجارية والحسابات المالية الخاصة بالشركة، تظهر مجموعة من المعطيات والوقائع التي تثير أسئلة مشروعة حول طبيعة النشاط والتمويل.
- الأرقام المنشورة في الميزانيات العمومية تكشف عن قفزة مالية كبيرة ولافتة خلال السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 أغسطس 2025:
📷 بين 2022 و2024 بدا النمو محدوداً وطبيعياً:
- صافي الأصول 2022: £11,858

📷 في 2025 حدثت القفزة الكبرى:
- ارتفعت الأصول الثابتة من £23,830 إلى £153,134
- ارتفعت الأصول المتداولة من £27,114 إلى £146,685

- ارتفعت الديون طويلة الأجل من £7,741 إلى £99,105
- تضاعف عدد الموظفين من 3 إلى 6
لكن الأهم من الأرقام نفسها هو الإطار القانوني. فالشركة تقدم حساباتها باعتبارها شركة Micro-Entity (كياناً متناهي الصغر)، وكانت مؤهلة للاستفادة من الإعفاء المنصوص عليه في Section 477 من قانون الشركات البريطاني، ما أعفاها من إجراء مراجعة حسابية مستقلة (Audit). كما أن نظام الحسابات المختصرة المطبق على هذا النوع من الشركات يتيح نشر قدر محدود من المعلومات المالية مقارنة بالحسابات الكاملة. وبناءً على ذلك، لا توضح الحسابات المنشورة طبيعة الأصول الثابتة التي بلغت £153,134، ولا هوية الجهات الدائنة المرتبطة بالتزامات طويلة الأجل بلغت £99,105، كما لا تتيح تحديد مصادر التمويل أو طبيعة هذه الأصول بصورة تفصيلية.
ومن اللافت أيضاً أن الشركة تعرضت لإجراءات Compulsory Strike-Off أربع مرات: نوفمبر 2022، يوليو 2023، يوليو 2024، نوفمبر 2025، وفي كل مرة كان يتم تعليق أو إلغاء الإجراءات واستمرت الشركة في العمل.
كما تُظهر السجلات العامة أن الكيان الذي عمل من خلاله اتحاد شباب المصريين بالخارج بصورة علنية كان مسجلاً في المملكة المتحدة تحت اسم Egyptian Youth Union Abroad CIC، وقد شغل كل من أحمد عبد القادر (المعروف باسم ميدو) وأحمد ناصر مناصب رسمية فيه قبل شطب الكيان نهائياً في أغسطس 2026.
وتُظهر مواد التوثيق والسجلات العامة أيضاً ارتباط الأسماء نفسها بعدد من المشروعات والكيانات الأخرى، من بينها Deutsche Football Academy التي أُعلن عنها في ألمانيا عام 2024 تحت علامة ONA. وقد ظهر أحمد عبد القادر وأحمد ناصر ضمن القائمين على المشروع، الذي رُوّج له بمشاركة عدد من نجوم وشخصيات كرة القدم الهولندية البارزة، قبل أن تختفي لاحقاً المنصات الرقمية الخاصة بالمشروع وموقعه الإلكتروني، دون العثور على تسجيل تجاري واضح له في ألمانيا.
كما ارتبط الاسمان بمنصة ONA Sports Marketing، التي تضمنت صوراً ومواداً تجمعهما بعدد من الشخصيات البارزة في كرة القدم الهولندية، في حين لا تظهر السجلات المتاحة وجود شركة مستقلة مسجلة بهذا الاسم.
كما أن شركة أخرى مرتبطة بالشخص نفسه، ONA Sports Car Ltd، خضعت لإجراءات الشطب الإجباري قبل أن تُحل نهائياً في يوليو 2025 بعد فترة قصيرة نسبياً من تأسيسها.
وعند النظر إلى هذه الكيانات والمشروعات مجتمعة، لا تبدو بوصفها مبادرات منفصلة، بل باعتبارها أجزاء من شبكة من العلاقات والأنشطة التي امتدت عبر أكثر من دولة أوروبية وارتبطت بالأشخاص أنفسهم على مدار عدة سنوات. ولا تشكل الكيانات المسجلة دليلاً على أي مخالفة قانونية بحد ذاتها، إذ يظل الكشف عن أي مخالفات محتملة من اختصاص جهات إنفاذ القانون والسلطات المختصة. غير أنها توفر نافذة مهمة لفهم البنية التنظيمية والمساحات اللوجستية التي أتاحت ظهور الأشخاص والكيانات في هذا التوثيق عبر عدة دول أوروبية وعلى مدار سنوات.
أدعوكم لقراءة التوثيق الكامل، الذي يتتبع ظهور شبكة من الأفراد والكيانات عبر عدة دول أوروبية على مدار سنوات، ويوثق أنماطاً متكررة من الترهيب والمراقبة والاستهداف الرقمي والملاحقة بحق المعارضين والمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان والصحفيين في المنفى، بوصفهم وكلاء فاعلين (Proxy Actors)، وفقاً للمفاهيم المستخدمة في أدبيات الأمم المتحدة المتعلقة بالقمع العابر للحدود، من خلال تنفيذ أو تسهيل أنشطة تستهدف المعارضين والناقدين خارج حدود الدولة.
