🌞 Staying positive is a powerful mindset that can transform your life.
Thread to help you maintain a positive outlook:
What’s the point of building a business if you’re too drained to enjoy it?
• Health fuels focus
• Happiness sharpens decisions
• Energy is your real edge
Protect both like revenue. What habit keeps you at your best?
Success feels different when you actually have the energy to enjoy it.
• Health supports ambition
• Happiness protects mental clarity
• Rest makes growth sustainable
Build a life, not just a company. What are you prioritizing this week?
Your calendar may be full, but don’t let your tank stay empty.
• Health is performance capital
• Happiness improves decision-making
• Recovery protects consistency
Take your well-being seriously. What’s one step you’ll take today?
AI agents won't replace junior hires. They'll expose weak managers.
If you can't delegate clearly to a human, you won't prompt clearly to an agent.
What's the first task you handed to an AI agent?
Nobody tells you how to make a decision when you're overloaded.
1. Write the decision down — clarity drops when it stays in your head.
2. Name the real cost of waiting 48 hours.
3. If you'd regret it at full energy, don't decide depleted.
3 steps before any automation goes live in my stack.
Step 1: Run the task manually 5 times, log every edge case.
Step 2: Map the trigger, action, and failure state in plain text.
Step 3: Build in n8n — then break it on purpose before it touches users.
Slow is a strategy most founders can't afford.
VC-backed teams are incentivised to move before the insight is ready. Bootstrapped founders can wait for clarity. That patience becomes the edge.
Where has moving slower paid off for you?
I said yes to everything for 8 months.
Revenue held. I thought I was winning.
But I was writing slower, deciding later, catching bugs after shipping instead of before.
I blamed complexity.
It was volume.
Stop building automations nobody asked for.
Most solo founders automate tasks they hate instead of tasks that block revenue. Hating a task isn't a good enough reason.
Adding another Typeform won't fix your lead quality.
Forms collect data. They don't reveal intent.
Prospects answer what's asked — not what matters.
The right question repels wrong fits fast.
What question actually filters your best clients?
Busy isn’t productive. It’s often just avoidance.
• Pick 1 needle-moving task
• Cut 3 distractions before noon
• Finish before you optimize
If this hit home, reply “focus” and follow for more.
Hustle without direction is just expensive burnout.
• Define today’s one win
• Batch shallow work together
• Rest before you need to
If you’re building for the long game, reply “long game” and follow for more.
