Good morning!!! Happy Taco Tuesday!!! 🌮 I still have not found my green eggs but I did have this one yesterday so I'm a bit confused. This egg looks like it came from a Welsummer which is one of the breeds that makes the speckled mint eggs.... But if it was coming from one of those girls they should have an olive color to them. 🤔🤔🤔 Maybe Miss Tips is giving me speckles on her brown eggs. Anywhoo!! Let's see if my computer works today. Fingers crossed it doesn't. 😂😂😂

Server has been down for the last couple of hours. 🫤 Annoying AF! I went egg hunting while I waited.... Still have not found the stash. But I will.

My BFF'S dad bought a chunk of land up the road. There are lots of trees to clear out so guess who got firewood today? There is a TON more that I can have. 🙏🏻 Such a blessing. This house is old and chilly. Having a fireplace helps so much during the winter months. I need to ask Ray is I can borrow his shed to store more.

I purchased fertilized eggs from a hatchery because she is creating these cool breeds of chicken that lay mint green eggs with brown speckles. I managed to hatch four females. 😍 So I'm waiting for eggs and I finally get a couple. I'm super excited! But now these brats have decided to lay eggs amongst the dense sticker bushes on the property line that belongs to my neighbor behind me. It's nothing but pasture. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I WILL GET THEM DAMMIT. If I go to their nest and mess with it they'll stop laying there but I just have to find the damn thing. I'm going to approach it from a different angle today. Hopefully it will be less prickly.

Good morning! Happy Saturday! I have this exact onesie minus the feet. It is so warm and perfect to use when I go out to take care of the chickens. I've used it the past 2 years without any issues. But this year, we have problems. BBC, Grace, and Duffy FLIP TF OUT when I wear it. 😂 BBC bounced off the inside of the run probably a dozen times before he finally found the door. 😂😂😂😂 They better get over it because this is my winter chicken tending outfit. I'm thinking it's probably the colors so I am going to order a solid color one. Fkn weirdos. Everyone else comes right up to me no problem, those are the three cannot get away from me fast enough. I don't have much planned for the weekend. I'm going to make some brownies and go celebrate some birthdays at my best friends. Her birthday was last week, her husband's was Thursday and mine is next week. What's everyone up to this weekend?
