Trump is now going after his former lawyer, Alina Habba, over her $50 million deal: “I thought it was totally obnoxious and outrageous, and it’s not acceptable. Not acceptable at all.” According to The New York Times, the family of Venezuelan billionaire Julio Herrera Velutini guaranteed Habba more than $50 million over four years, including bonuses. Trump pardoned Herrera just two weeks after Habba began working for his family’s company. The Times also reported that Trump wanted Habba to donate part of the money to his presidential library.
