Newly released footage shows the moments leading up to a Mississippi police officer fatally shooting 1-year-old Kohen Wiley outside a Walmart in Senatobia in June. Officers were initially responding to reports of a man sexually harassing customers when their attention turned to two women accused of shoplifting, an allegation the women deny. An officer fired into their vehicle as it attempted to drive away, killing the child. Mississippi's attorney general declined to pursue criminal charges against the officer, but Wiley's family disputes the decision and is calling for a federal investigation into the shooting. The officer who fatally shot Wiley has since resigned.
