No doubt, the production and distribution of vital medical equipment is delayed because @realDonaldTrump will first employ "The Art of the Deal." He's going to get a great deal on these masks, these masks will be the greatest you can get, and we'll all get to hear about it.

Understand—the delay in starting production of more masks and other PPE is because before ordering a single item, companies needed to first kiss the ring of @realDonaldTrump. He even stated they contact him. Any rational approach would be to proactively approach them first.
