Look, I'm no Picasso, but the @CGCComics folks were awesome at NYCC so I had to leave 'em something special.

THIS IS AWESOME.
🎬 Resident Evil 7 director Koshi Nakanishi reacted to Chandler Riggs' BIOHAZARD fan film.
Nakanishi-san shared the film on his Instagram Stories with a "WOW" sticker, apparently impressed by what he saw.
🔥 So we've had two Resident Evil movies this year, Resident Evil Requiem came out, Resident Evil Veronica was announced, RE:2,3,4 for Nintendo Switch 2, 30th anniversary concerts are still going on, there's a big exhibition in Japan, a new Requiem: THE DIVE attraction at Universal Studios Japan, and so much more happening for the 30th anniversary. I think we can all agree that 2026 is the year of RESIDENT EVIL!

after we did that opening dinner scene shot, we watched playback, all huddling around the monitor. when my producer walked up at this part and asked why we were watching footage from the game (not realizing it was our footage), we all knew we had something good on our hands

I've seen enough. Someone give this man a budget.

Ethan Winters, while searching for his missing wife, finds himself trapped by the Baker family - a deadly, unstoppable force driven to violence under the influence of a mysterious infection…
Here’s that little project that I’ve been hinting about all year long… a return to the screen with my old @WalkingDead_AMC comrade @chandlerriggs. Excited for everyone to see this tribute to the gaming horror classic, Resident Evil 7: Biohazard!
The Walking Dead actor Chandler Riggs wrote, directed, produced, and stars in this live-action short for his Resident Evil 7 fan film, Biohazard.
