🚨🚨MASSIVE OREGON 2A WIN🚨🚨
ICYMI:
Sometime in early 2024, Oregon State Police changed their Firearms Transper Policy in the FICS (Firearms) Unit and began DELAYING people with convictions set aside under ORS 137.225, and upon a delayed challenge they were DENYING the transfer.
Both state and federal law allow a restoration of firearms rights with a set-aside.
OSP tried to claim that people with set asides weren’t covered, that we were FEDERALLY disqualified, and that we didn’t have “jury rights back”, so we weren’t covered by “civil rights restoration” either.
We were told to appeal with the FBI.
I was one of these Delay/Denials.
I said “Fuck You, No” and hired an attorney.
To further prove my point I purchased 2 suppressors, which undergo an ATF/FBI background check, and skip OSP. I was approved for both in RECORD time!
This confirmed my suspicion that OSP was taking a FBI approval, and changing it to denied!
After OVER a YEAR battling, we won in the Circuit Court for Marion County in Oregon.
I found out today that OSP will not appeal the decision, and while we didn’t get declaratory relief for everyone, OSP has yielded and changed their policy to reflect our judgement!
Huge Win!
TLDR: If you had a set aside conviction in Oregon, and were delayed or denied a firearm transfer with a clean record, YOU’RE CLEAR NOW!

🚨🚨🚨MASSIVE Oregon 2A Update🚨🚨🚨
I’ve recently heard of a couple people that were previously impacted by OSP’s unlawful set aside policy, and they’ve been able to purchase without issue!
I checked in with my attorney today and let him know. He got confirmation today that “OSP is not appealing the victory and they’re internally changing their entire policy consistent with our judgment.”
We’ve won folks!
If you’ve been delayed or denied due to a set aside record, you’re good to go now! Go rerun or attempt again!
Pass it on to get the word out!

Make sure you call every person in Oregon you know to vote for @ChristineDrazan
Make it a priority tomorrow when you have coffee.
We need to get Kotek out of office!
Went shooting today.
There were mass pumpkin casualties.
Checked my camera footage, some really good stuff.
I also discovered that my little $20 cameras don’t have the best quality, but they caught cool footage, and were only $20. The type of cameras I don’t worry if they catch a bullet down range.
Anyway, I’ll be posting video content of the pumpkining as I get some edits done, etc.
In the meantime, this is a pumpkin that ate 12G 00 Buckshot
Reminder: it’s voting season and it’s time to Take Oregon Back! Get out and turn in your ballot, and please vote for @ChristineDrazan @TeamDrazan
Thank you.

IMG steel South Korean AR15 standard capacity 30 round magazines with anti-tilt followers for $6.99/ea currently here: mrgunsngear.org/IMGsteelMags
Based on the UPC/weld marks/follower markings, I'd guess these are the same as SHK mags that have all the same markings. If so, then - review is up on my B channel and mine have been solid performers over the years 🤙🏽
If you want to split a bulk order with a friend who lives in a ban state, send this their way and you can just ship them to said ban state friend after they arrive because screw ban state tyrants 🦅

So I just saw this Mecum TV thing and I asked my wife “Does that say what I think it says?!”
Apparently it’s a car auction, but that’s not what my brain said.
We went back and forth and I made a meme about it.

‼️ Proton is hosting a map of 300,000+ Flock surveillance device locations that Flock tried to get taken down.
Researcher Joshua Michael says he pulled them from Flock's own systems via a token left open to anyone.
Proton calls the takedown "an attempt to suppress information."

Sinus congestion is starting.
I really hope I’m not getting sick.
