St Davids Centre in Cardiff have a sensory room if your child gets overwhelmed and needs some time out. It's a room with dimmed lights and sensory toys. Ask at the information desk on the 1st floor outside H&M for access and they'll let you in. πŸ’›πŸ’šπŸ§‘πŸ–€
