Power Minerals $PNN has drilled its best hole yet at Morro do Ferro. MFSR-057 returned 111m @ 8.25% TREO from surface, including 51m @ 15.4%, with a peak sample of 40.5% TREO - the highest ever recorded on the project. @ASX_PNN_CEO is back with LEVRD to unpack the result, the assays still at the lab, the road to a maiden resource and why the share price hasn't followed the drill bit.
WHAT WE COVERED
- MFSR-057 and the 40.5% record sample, and whether it tops last week's MFSR-055
- Magnet rare earth grades against Lynas and MP Materials feed
- How the high-grade zone carries between sections, and the hydrothermal model
- New ground from the eucalyptus harvest and the southeast step-out holes
- 13 holes at the lab, the bottom of MFSR-054 and whether the lab is the critical path
- Is the Exploration Target now conservative, and could it double Monte Alto?
- Why the market hasn't followed the drill bit, peer valuations and corporate interest

Our rare earths Investment @PowerMin_PNN $PNN (OTCQB: PEIMF) just defined a maiden Exploration Target for its rare earths project in Brazil.
The target:
A 9.2 to 10.7mt at 7.8% to 9.2% TREO (Total Rare Earth Oxides) with an estimated 1.3% to 1.6% MREO (Magnet Rare Earth Oxides).
Not massive from a tonnage perspective, BUT very high grade and similar in size to ASX listed Brazilian Rare Earths.

Another follow up though for $PNN but on the hydromet stage. Gives a complete picture on my theory on met and the ideal "base case" I'm looking to be proven in the company's own met testing. Like the prior post, this is a simplified thinking of the impacts.
Some interesting chatter on $PNN which I am long some. I have some thoughts on the mineralogy and potential met below. The thinking is based on work from other REE names and talking to those with mineralogy experience.

CEO Alistair Stephens joins us to unpack the numbers, what they mean for the maiden Mineral Resource Estimate targeted before year-end, and why an unexpected gallium intersection could reshape the project's economics.
WHAT WE COVER
- The scale of the first-hole result and how it stacks up against Mt Weld and Mountain Pass
- The bastnasite-rich mineralogy behind a potential premium magnet rare earth product
- What high-grade gallium to end-of-hole means for future project economics
- Ramping up to two rigs and two shifts, with a third rig set to commence
- The path to a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate before the end of 2026
- What shareholders should watch for next as assays continue to flow

Exploration Manager Steven Cooper is on site at our Morro do Ferro Rare Earth Project in Brazil as our maiden drilling campaign continues.
The first hole is targeting depth extensions to the known high-grade rare earth mineralisation and will help expand our understanding of the scale of the deposit, which remains open at depth and along strike. With drilling now underway, we're excited to see what this next phase of exploration reveals as we work towards defining the full potential of Morro do Ferro. $PNN $PEIMF #RareEarths #REE #CriticalMinerals #Brazil

Two years on from export bans on rare earths - two years for western companies to work on building out new supply chains…
and China still controls ~90% of the world's rare earth magnet supply chain.
The US has so far committed more than US$565M to Brazilian rare earths projects and just last month, USA Rare Earths agreed to pay US$2.8BN for a producing rare earths mine in Brazil.
Most of the activity is centred around one region in Brazil - Poços de Caldas.
Precisely where our Investment, the $44M capped @PowerMin_PNN $PNN ’s project sits.

“These are extraordinarily high numbers, so it gives me a severe amount of confidence this project really has the tangibles to get to production quickly and be a world-class asset.” – $PNN CEO Alistair Stephens on the Morro do Ferro Rare Earths Project in Brazil.
@PowerMin_PNN was featured in Kristie Batten’s latest @StockheadAU column, highlighting the upcoming maiden drilling campaign at Morro do Ferro, the Project’s exceptionally high-grade TREO and MREO results, and the unique ‘Manifesto’ mining title with no expiry date.
The article also covers Power’s pathway toward a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate and future development, along with Alistair’s rare earths background including his previous role at Lindian Resources.

CEO Alistair Stephens is currently on site at our Morro do Ferro Rare Earth Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where he has been reviewing the project’s unique tenure position and historical drilling as we progress toward finalising the acquisition.
As Alistair highlights in the video, Morro do Ferro is held under a rare Manifesto de Mina title first issued in 1946. The title provides rights over both the land surface and mineral rights, with no expiry date.
The visit has also reinforced the quality of the historical work completed at site, with drill collars, core and samples well preserved. Previous drilling has delivered exceptional rare earth results, including broad intercepts above 5% TREO, grades of 8% to 10%, and intervals up to 25% TREO.
As Alistair said from site, “This is going to be a fantastic project with some fantastic results coming in the near term. So stay tuned.”

CEO Alistair Stephens is on site at our Santa Anna Project in Goiás State, Brazil, working alongside our exploration team. As Alistair said from site, “I’m very encouraged with what I’m seeing at Santa Anna. I think the project’s got a lot of legs to go forward in terms of its results, its capability.”
Santa Anna is a carbonatite complex of approximately 2.5–3km in diameter, with less than 10% of the total area explored to date, yet already delivering positive results for both niobium and rare earths. With near-surface mineralisation and strong infrastructure in place, the project continues to demonstrate clear development advantages.

Our Investment @PowerMin_PNN $PNN just put out an update on progress at its JV’d Argentinian lithium project.
While we are mainly invested in $PNN for its rare earth element (REE) assets, $PNN also holds a lithium brine project in Argentina’s renowned lithium triangle.
Lithium prices are up recently and we have seen lithium small caps start to move over the past few weeks.
We think $PNN could benefit from some of the capital flowing back into lithium stocks over the coming weeks.
Today, $PNN finalised the documentation for its Rincon JV with partner Navigate Energy.
