Every single one of our emotions is trying to offer us their specific pattern of energy to support and empower us. This is true even for our seemingly dysfunctional emotions. Anxiety is a good example. Anxiety is the body’s attempt to mobilise energy to deal with <whatever you’re anxious about> This energy gets distorted into the dysfunctional pattern of anxiety when it becomes trapped or restricted. Essentially, when we refuse to accept the energy that our body is offering us. When we refuse to let it flow through our entire body, it gets blocked and restricted in certain areas eg the chest or gut. When we accept the energy that our emotions are offering us and stop resisting it, they flow naturally to the parts of our body and mind that need it. Every emotion then becomes a welcome source of untapped energy. Anger, fear, sadness, anxiety - each becomes a reservoir of energy we can draw upon. In the case of anxiety, in this liberated form it starts to feel like enthusiasm, excitement, or sometimes even wonder or awe. One trick to liberating this energy is to start paying more granular attention to our emotions. Granular attention here doesn’t mean analysing, ruminating or obsessing over the emotion - this just blocks things further. It means, showing a curiosity towards the actual moment by moment unfolding of the emotion. When we process an emotion as just one low resolution blur of energy that energy can feel overwhelming and too much to process - hence our resistance. But when we tap into the moment by moment vibratory unfolding of an emotion, it can feel like tiny discreet pockets or bubbles of energy steadily being fed into our system at a pace we are ready to accept. We stop resisting, the energy flows and the emotional tone of the experience becomes one of vitality and aliveness rather than constriction and overwhelm.
Do not ignore your anxieties. Instead, look so deeply into the energy they are constructed from that it reveals itself to be a luminous empty bliss that is formed of the same fundamental stuff as awe, wonder and excitement. The bigger the anxiety the bigger the pay off. So, if you want to get super high, look deeply into the eyes of your fear of death.

I’m drowning. I don’t even really know why I’m writing this, I just have no more options. Since the Million Women March in November 2024, I have been relentlessly harassed, stalked and abused. Details about my children and my home address have been circulated, CCTV involving my children from wiring their school has been posted online, and I have been repeatedly reported to the police, whove searched my house, constant social Services reports to make me lose my daughter, malicuous HMRC, Child Benefit and other agency reports - en masse. Cleared every time but the process has been excruciating. I have spent nearly two years in and out of court trying to protect myself. I eventually obtained a non-molestation order against one of the people involved. I am now being threatened with bailiffs over approximately £3,000 in their legal costs, despite the fact that I was the person seeking protection and was represented through Legal Aid and the NMO was awarded. I am not posting this to ask anyone for money. I just genuinely do not know where to turn anymore. I have more court proceedings ahead of me, I am working as many hours as I physically can, I have barely slept for months and I am completely exhausted. I keep going into church, I keep praying, I keep telling myself to get through one more day, but I don't know how much more I can cope with. I have a huge amount of evidence. Messages, court documents, voice notes, screenshots, police records, material showing people discussing me, monitoring me, sharing information about me and contacting people around me. Yet I feel as though I am constantly having to fight everything alone. @DC_Police absolutely refuse to help me, depsite all the evidence and proof. This has already pushed me to the point of suicide, which they laughed about in their messages. I am frightened by how overwhelmed I feel again now. Im not okay. I am not asking for money. I am asking for help. Is there anyone reading this with proper legal training who can look at what is happening, tell me what my actual options are, and help me work out what I need to do next? A solicitor, barrister, legal academic, anyone with genuine experience in Family Court costs, enforcement, harassment, stalking, privacy or civil litigation. I don’t need sympathy, I need someone who understands the law to help me find a way through this. I cant keep on like this. Its just too much. @perran4crh @AlexDaviesJones @NatalieFleetMP @Jess4Lowestoft @jessphillips

I haven’t slept well at all worrying about little Noah, he’s the same age as my boy I can only imagine what the family must be going through not knowing where he is, please let’s hope he’s found safe and sound. It’s been nearly 17 hours after 3-year-old Noah vanished in Brantham, Suffolk, he has still not been found. Noah, who is autistic, non-verbal and partially deaf, went missing from the playground in Merriam Close at around 3pm on Tuesday after running off down an alleyway towards a new-build estate. He had become separated from a relative. Police have warned he will not respond to his name being called. He is described as white with curly ginger hair, last seen wearing a Bluey T-shirt, shorts and Vans trainers with a white stripe. Temperatures dropped to 10°C overnight as emergency services, dog units, helicopters, and Suffolk Lowland Search & Rescue continued searching. Trains between Manningtree and Ipswich are running at reduced speed. Residents are urged to check gardens, sheds, outbuildings, and doorbell CCTV.

🇬🇧Kick streamer J2hundred wandered into Tottenham Hotspur territory in an Arsenal jersey like he was auditioning for “How to Get Jumped: Live Edition” and somehow thought that would be the worst part of his day. He dodged chants, chaos, and even a Spurs fan spitting at him… but then he dropped one phrase, and the cops activated like he entered a cheat code. The second he said “Yid Army,” the entire vibe flipped from “banter with the boys” to “you’re coming with us,” and boom; handcuffs, stream over, GG. Never mind the fact that "Yid Army" is a self-adopted nickname used by Tottenham supporters. The UK's crackdown on free speech has gone mad. Source: Kick

No. While the UK protects expression under the Human Rights Act, restrictions on hate speech, incitement, and online content—enforced via laws like the Online Safety Act—limit it substantially, with recent arrests for social media posts.

Today, we are launching Restore Britain - a movement for those who believe that we need to fundamentally change the way Britain is governed. We will build a policy platform, together. A movement will be created, together. A path will be forged, together. This is not a political party, but a fundamentally different way of doing things. Members from political parties are very welcome to join us on this journey, if they share our values and want to be part of a bottom-up movement that has the potential to transform Britain. I do not have all the answers. I am not a politician. I find myself in Parliament, independent and isolated without a party. But strangely, during my time in politics, I have never felt more part of a team. There are good, talented, dedicated people all over the country who are tired of petty Westminster politics. Now is not the time for another political party. It is our job to bring people together, providing a vehicle that can deliver the radical restoration that is required. But I need your help. Restore Britain will be built on a very different model. As a member of Restore Britain, you will have the opportunity to vote on the policies and principles that you believe in. With this data, we will put pressure on the Government and other political parties to recognise and act on the will of the British people. Initial policies will be released over the coming weeks to be approved by you, our members. Low tax, small state, slash immigration, protect British culture, restore Christian principles, carpet-bomb the cancer of wokery, fight lawfare, empower individual enterprise, and plenty more. We will provide substance, detail, a plan. Where appropriate - private prosecutions will be launched, legal challenges brought, and judicial reviews funded. We will fund independent investigative journalists to root out corruption, and an FOI taskforce to expose Government waste. A unit specifically for whistleblowers will be established to amplify their concerns. 2029 is the ultimate objective, but that does not mean we cannot effect real and positive change in the next four years. If we don’t, there won’t be a Britain to restore. Being in Parliament, I am uniquely positioned to hold the Government to account. Our independent Rape Gang Inquiry is the most successful crowdfunding effort in British political history helping to force the Government's hand on holding a national inquiry, and in less than 24 hours, our parliamentary petition to release Lucy Connolly received over 100,000 signatures. Just think what we could achieve if we were doing that every week. We won’t talk, we will do, we will act, we will deliver. Being a member will give you a real say in how the movement progresses and evolves - direct democracy. We must aim, together, to implement The Great Repeal Act in 2029, that can then be followed by national restoration. Your country, your responsibility. Let’s Restore Britain. People are talking and focused on Lucy, which is great, but let’s also remember other political prisoners like Wayne (@WayneGb88). He’s often overlooked as he’s a white working-class man. Free Wayne O’Rourke and all political prisoners NOW!

One foolish post, deleted almost immediately, leads to a 31-month prison sentence 31 months - just think about that. A young mother, torn away from her 12 year old daughter over a social media post. Unpleasant? Yes. Worthy of a lengthy prison sentence? NO. Free Lucy Connolly.

I emphatically "closed a door" in my life yesterday and today, less than 24 hours later, a number of people have spontaneously reached out to me unexpectedly and I also received a large sum of money today! (I am not joking). Lots of blessings!
