Four bus drivers have had a smashing shift tonight at Morden Station. Entire bus terminus is blocked. Traffic chaos. FOUR!? Guess I’ll walk home then… #TfL

Just tried to give a pair of glasses I found when boarding a train at Morden to the cleaner (only member of staff around before the train left) who told me to bin them… If you’re looking for a black pair of glasses, they’re heading northbound 😂

@TfL, I know they’re probably subbies who aren’t directly employed by TfL, but do cleaners not have permission to take items of lost property? I’d be pissed if I left something behind and a cleaner binned it! There wasn’t other staff present to hand them to before the train left.

Hi @Morrisons, I got an online shop delivered 21/08. Just opened my 12x pack of baby wipes to find there’s only 11x in the box 😂 The box was sealed etc. Won’t be taking it back to a store, just thought you should know!

I’ve had this message seven times from the @GOVUK. It’s now 21:20 and I’m trying to get my girls to bed, and this keeps going off. Does the government not have better things to spend money on, I assume this costs for every time they send an alert?

Hello @LidlGB, we’ve just enjoyed some of these. They were a solid 10/10. However, there’s a a typo on the box (“chicken tigh”)… I suggest you do a product recall and send them all my way… You know… For err, disposal. Do we have ourselves a deal?

Theoretically, if this @Matalan clothing rail falls on me, would I be eligible for compensation? Asking out of curiosity, of course.

Willing to bet these are the same twats who I see jumping barriers daily! Meanwhile, I’m paying £10-13 a day to sit in paint fume filled carriages. @TfL, you need to eliminate the cause, not waste more money with 24/7 cleaning! #TfL #TakingFuckingLiberties standard.co.uk/news/transpor…

As a maintenance manager, I’m horrified at the state of Angel station. Two escalators broken leaving just one operating so the entire station is exit only. Parts can take weeks to arrive, and the escalators are the longest on the tube network, but blimey, have a bit of planning!

This may be the best social media experiment or drama project I’ve ever seen on the internet. That, or these people need actual help…

Hello @LebaraMobileUK. My mother recently transferred her number from TalkTalk via PAC to one of your SIMs. This number was hers for 10+ years and appears to have incorrectly been transferred to an Indian bloke who’s since turned his phone off. (1/4)

Before I send an email, please confirm if all calls are recorded? What is the process for a customer to receive the recording or official transcript of one of their calls? This would either prove you have messed up, or prove my mother has made a mistake. (3/4)

Please answer carefully, so far your telephone team have acted very suspicious and guilty so far. (4/4)

Hi @GeminiApp, there’s a typo on your Gemini page. I clicked through from the pop up prompt to try it when I loaded Chrome and it was the first thing I saw. I’m not “fshing” for a reward here, but maybe a job as a proofreader? 😂

Good morning @TfL. Your card readers at Bayswater failed to register me leaving the station there OR tapping back in in the afternoon. I’ve been charged £17.30 for a round journey that’s usually around a tenner. I definitely 100% tapped in and out to start and end both journeys.

This feels like a problem stemming from the power cut on Monday, very much a you problem so why have I been charged £17.30 for this? Check the cameras if you like, I tapped in and out and it’s only Bayswater this happened both times.

I’ve applied for an incomplete journey for my Wimbledon to Bayswater journey but apparently can’t claim for the return trip? What’s going on? I need to travel to Islington today, is that going to cost me £17.30 too?

Just watched a small group of young adults barge through the ticket barrier at Morden and the staff just watched on, presumably told not to get involved for safety. @TfL, 2 questions if you DON’T mind… (1 of 5)

2. What, realistically, would happen if everyone stopped paying and just barged through the barriers (seems like a design flaw by the way if they can be opened so easily, you might want to fix that…)…

What are you going to do? Because like I say… £50+ a week is a lot when I could do what they’re doing for free…
